Leidos’ Payroll Services team is seeking a customer service-oriented Lead Time & Labor Specialist to support time and labor processing, compliance initiatives, and process improvement projects within the Domestic Payroll organization. The Lead Time & Labor Specialist acts as a key backup and strong support to the Time, Labor, and Compliance Manager, assisting with daily operations, special projects, and audit readiness. We are looking for a strong candidate with prior team lead or supervisory responsibilities, highly organized, comfortable guiding junior team members, and proactive in researching and resolving issues independently. You should also be able to manage deadlines effectively, adhere to established processes, and recognize when escalation is necessary.
