Solution Architect
Health Catalyst
• Serve as the primary technical and solution contact throughout the sales cycle • Address complex healthcare challenges using Health Catalyst tools and solutions • Engage prospects to understand their unique healthcare data and analytics needs • Educate prospects and clients on the Health Catalyst capabilities, industry trends, and best practices • Conduct discovery sessions to understand each organization’s data and analytics requirements • Lead discussions and deliver tailored demonstrations of Health Catalyst tools and solutions • Showcase Health Catalyst’s ROI and value to help convert prospects into long-term customers • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor • Identify opportunities to expand Health Catalyst’s impact • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to maintain a deep understanding of technology and client needs • Participate in proposal strategy for RFP/RFI responses • Prepare and present customer-centric presentations and product demonstrations • Work with the technical demo team to improve demo solutions and presentations • Collaborate with client delivery organization for effective implementation kickoff
Job Requirements
- A Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and current trends in healthcare transformation
- Experience with Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, cloud data architecture
- Experience with one or more modern advanced analytics tools for machine learning / AI applications (for example Spark, Databricks, Python, R, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience working with healthcare sources such as clinical and claims data
- Strong communication skills, particularly those relevant to translating highly technical information for non-technical audiences
- Ability to work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and other business unit and other leaders in the organization
- Ability to host and command conversations with similar peers and C-level audiences (CIO, CMIO, CAO, CMO, CQO)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related area (data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, etc.)
- 5+ years’ experience in healthcare data, analytics, and technology understanding the needs in healthcare technology
- The ability to map technical solutions to customer business requirements
- 3+ years a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineer or Solution Architect, or other client facing role preferred
- Outstanding communications: verbal, written and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to details.

Role Description Vee Healthtek is seeking a Solutions Architect, responsible for designing RCM service solutions for prospective and existing clients. This role partners closely with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Finance to define how services will be delivered, develop competitive and profitable pricing, and lead the solution narrative for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations. This position focuses on operational design, scope definition, staffing models, assumptions, and financial viability, ensuring solutions meet client needs while aligning with operational capabilities and margin targets.
