Role Description Vee Healthtek is seeking a Solutions Architect, responsible for designing RCM service solutions for prospective and existing clients. This role partners closely with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Finance to define how services will be delivered, develop competitive and profitable pricing, and lead the solution narrative for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations. This position focuses on operational design, scope definition, staffing models, assumptions, and financial viability, ensuring solutions meet client needs while aligning with operational capabilities and margin targets. Please note this is not an IT Solutions Architect position. - Partner with Sales to support new business pursuits, expansions, and renewals - Lead solution design for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals - Participate in client discovery sessions to understand current state operations, pain points, and success criteria - Present proposed solutions to prospective clients and respond to solution related questions - Define the end-to-end RCM service model, including scope of services, workflows, handoffs, and governance - Determine service delivery assumptions including volumes, complexity, SLAs, KPIs, and performance guarantees - Partner with Finance and Pricing to develop pricing models (input, output and value based), define staffing assumptions and productivity metrics, ensure solutions meet margin, scalability, and risk thresholds - Own the solution content of RFP responses - Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure accuracy and consistency - Ensure proposals are compliant, compelling, and differentiated - Partner with Operations and Implementation teams to validate that proposed solutions are deliverable - Ensure smooth handoff from Sales to Implementation with clear documentation of assumptions, scope, and pricing - Support post-sale clarification and scope validation as needed Qualifications - 5-10 years experience working in an RCM services provider - Experience with onshore/offshore/technology resource components - Experience with front, middle and back-office solutions - Strong communication and collaboration attributes - Familiarity with hospital, health system or RCM operations - Exposure to value based or outcome-based pricing models Requirements - Strategic and analytical thinker - Strong business acumen and financial literacy - Detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture - Comfortable in fast paced, deadline driven sales environments - Collaborative and cross functional mindset Benefits - Salary: $125,000 - $180,000/year depending on experience - Eligible for full health insurance including medical/dental/vision - PTO - 401k match Company Description Vee Healthtek, Inc. delivers cutting-edge solutions that transform healthcare organizations.
