Hear how Traild customers speak about us here.  The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? - Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts. - Reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects. - Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team. - Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation. - Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team. - Collaborate with the sales team to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and product demos. - Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled. - Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information. - Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes. - Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. - Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including participating in "call jacking" sessions and attending meetings that may occur outside of standard working hours, particularly during the onboarding period. What You Bring to the Table/Rocket Ship - 2+ years of sales experience in an SDR/BDR capacity - 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales (ERP, FinTech, AP experience is a bonus) - Prowess for cold calling, prospecting, and creating a human connection with potential customers - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment - Experience carrying and exceeding KPI’s and targets - A love and desire for engaging with new people - You're self motivated and are able to work independently - Coachable and growth-orientated - Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit. The base salary range for this position is: - U.S. Candidates: USD $60,000 - $70,000 / year base pay - Canadian Candidates: CAD $60,000 - $70,000 / year base pay Compensation is determined based on experience, education, and geographic location. The final offer may vary within the stated range to reflect the candidate’s qualifications and market conditions in their area. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
