The ideal candidate will represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, personal injury, mass torts, and/or nursing home cases. This position offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team of experienced attorneys handling a diverse docket of cases in both state and federal courts. Job Requirements
- 2 -5 years of civil litigation experience including premises liability, products liability, and personal injury.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience with trial preparation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.
