• Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a primary focus on TikTok • Set up, optimise, and scale TikTok Shop campaigns including product-linked ads, affiliate collaboration coordination, and shoppable content strategy • Develop and test ad creatives in collaboration with creative teams, including UGC-style content, short-form video hooks, and product-focused formats native to TikTok • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bids, audiences, and placements to maximise ROAS and minimise CAC • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance • Analyse campaign data and produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations • Stay current on TikTok algorithm updates, ad product releases, and e-commerce trends to ensure campaigns remain competitive • Collaborate with the broader marketing and e-commerce team on promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns in an e-commerce environment, with demonstrated ability to scale profitably — this is non-negotiable
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, including product catalogue setup, shop-linked ad campaigns, and creator/affiliate coordination
  • Solid experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands
  • Strong understanding of paid social funnels, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation for product-based businesses
  • Analytical proficiency — comfortable reading data, drawing insights, and making optimisation decisions based on performance metrics
  • Experience managing advertising budgets of significant scale with accountability for ROAS and CAC targets
  • Strong written English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous team environment
  • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Here’s a day in the life: - Oversee the Shopify ecommerce platform all functions and updates, including implementation of new themes, product updates, and content management. - Responsible for day-to-day execution and optimization of ecommerce operations. Support order management, customer issues and backend system checks. - Responsible for ecommerce P&L and revenue targets - Create and update product descriptions and images. - Execute promotions, launches and seasonal updates. Coordinate with contracted Web Developers to ensure successful launches of site updates - Activate discounts and manage promotional campaigns. - Monitor sales data and manage inventory levels. - Troubleshoot software and platform issues in partnership with Web Developers. - Conduct end-of-month financial reporting, including analysis of discounts, inventory costs, stock levels, and system reporting. Prepare and review reports for Concur and D365 platforms. - Manage shipping and fulfillment software (Ship Station) and operations. - Set up new item specifications including SKU and tags. Update and enhance automation processes within fulfillment software. Oversee order management and routinely check for address or verification issues. - Collaborate closely with the Buying team to understand monthly ordering, review shipping materials, and communicate inventory needs. - Audit shipping materials at multiple locations and report any product delays. Keep the Buying team updated on sales, order volumes, and other factors impacting inventory and forecasting. - Oversee comprehensive order management, ensuring seamless processing and fulfillment across platforms and teams. Coordinate Shopify, UPS, and fulfillment issues with cross-functional teams. Ensure timely shipment and fulfillment by warehouse teams. - Manage corporate gifting and large order inquiries, from initial contact to shipment. Communicate pricing, timelines, and order options with customers. Coordinate inventory and fulfillment with relevant teams for large orders. - Build and maintain effective relationships with cross functional team members - Supervise and manage third-party, offsite fulfillment teams, ensuring inventory coordination, product updates, and adherence to packing guidelines. Audit third-party fulfillment quarterly and maintain positive relationships. Communicate SOPs and updates with sufficient lead time for implementation. - Maintain strong relationships with internal warehouse and fulfillment teams, regularly connecting about inventory and ensuring daily operations are met. - Prepare for the holiday season by overseeing inventory, purchasing, and coordinating LTOs with Marketing, Fulfillment, Buying, and Web Developer teams.
