• Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Dropbox core product engagement as the central hub of the user experience. • Define how AI can intelligently organize work, surfacing what’s most relevant, actionable, and timely for every user. • Translate ambiguous user needs and AI opportunities into clear product strategies, experiments, and execution plans. • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and GTM teams to deliver a cohesive, intelligent, and delightful daily experience. • Collaborate with Dropbox’s AI/ML and Platform teams to ensure scalable, privacy-respecting, and high-performance AI integrations. • Drive deep alignment across teams, ensuring engagement is prioritized amongst different engagement surfaces across web, mobile and desktop. • Establish success metrics, drive disciplined experimentation, and deliver measurable impact through continuous iteration. • Act as a thought leader, manage and lead other PMs, shaping company-wide AI product strategy, and champion customer needs across Dropbox.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in product management, engineering, or data-driven product development
- 12+ years of product management experience, including ownership of major product initiatives end-to-end, including 4+ years in people management.
- Proven success building and shipping AI-powered products at scale—especially in productivity, SaaS, or consumer software.
- Deep product sense and UX intuition, with a focus on user motivation, engagement, and flow.
- Comfort operating in 0→1, pre-PMF environments with shifting priorities and open-ended problem spaces.
- Deeply understand customer workflows and pain points through user research, data analysis, and competitive insights.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills; you can lead and inspire teams and influence at every level, from ICs to executives.
