• Period-end close activities including assigned journal entries, reconciliations, and other duties in accordance with company timelines and schedule. • Fixed asset proposals, reconciliations, and roll-forward analysis. • Manage end-to-end Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance. • Prepare and issue Cost-Plus Invoices for intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing agreements and applicable markup requirements. • Manage monthly accruals by analyzing incoming data, preparing asset and liability journal entries, and posting to accounting books. • Serve as a primary point of contact for the India Statutory, Tax, and GST audits and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Support management in completing special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned • Work with local consultants for statutory filings • Maintain local as well as US GAAP books. • Balance Sheet and Income Statement account reconciliations, including flux analysis.

• Own the invoicing process by interpreting sales contracts, verifying sales orders and invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing, and delivering the invoices to the customers in a timely manner • Process credit memos accurately and in a timely manner and maintain proper levels of approval and documentation • Be the subject matter expert for customer record and sales transition details in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing • Support and resolve invoicing-related inquiries and requests from external customers and internal cross-functional team members timely • Support the accounting close process and revenue reporting requirements such as reconciling invoices, credit memos, and sales tax • Partner with the upstream teams to understand the root cause of customer billing issues and propose scalable solutions • Assist with audit requests and other ad-hoc projects

• Partner with the Product team in India, Poland and the US to define priorities, gather business context, and translate customer feedback into the team’s roadmap • Lead a team of India-based desktop engineers, setting up effective processes, monitoring productivity, and collaborating closely with the Poland-based team (primary time zone overlap) • Create and maintain career development plans for all team members, ensuring everyone has the support, context, and growth opportunities they need • Unblock the team by removing obstacles, clarifying requirements, and ensuring well-defined specifications before development begins • Actively participate in recruitment processes and align team structure to changing business demands and growth plans • Maintain a healthy codebase and drive continuous improvement — the Desktop app serves hundreds of thousands of active users globally • Monitor product usage, performance, and reliability at the feature level, and continuously improve quality processes • React swiftly to customer feedback through patch releases, reprioritization, and close collaboration with support and product teams • Drive AI adoption within the team — Egnyte is actively investing in AI and the Desktop platform increasingly integrates AI tools and workflows; you will champion this revolution together with the entire Egnyte platform • Act as an active member of the global Egnyte leadership team, driving global initiatives, promoting Egnyte culture, and influencing engineering standards

• Process Development : Design and implement the end-to-end operating model for proposal submissions, including: a go/no-go qualification framework to evaluate strategic fit, resource availability, and win probability before committing to an RFP; documented intake and triage procedures for all incoming RFx requests; standardized submission workflows covering kickoff, review gates, approval routing, and final delivery; and clear RACI definitions for how Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, InfoSec, and other stakeholders interface at each stage of the process. • People Manager : Directly manage and develop the Proposal Operations team. Set clear performance goals, provide regular coaching and feedback, and create growth opportunities for your team. As the function scales, contribute to headcount planning and the hiring of additional team members. • End-to-End RFx Management: Project manage the entire lifecycle of RFIs, RFPs and RFQs from initial receipt and triage to final submission. Establish timelines, assign deliverables, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines • Cross-Functional Coordination : Act as the primary liaison coordinating multiple internal teams. You will expertly negotiate resources across numerous departments and functions to gather the necessary subject matter expertise for complex bids. • Technical Writing & Content Creation : Leverage your background as a technical writer to translate complex technical jargon—like SaaS architectures, hybrid access models, and data governance—into clear, compelling, and persuasive proposal language. • AI Automation & Knowledge Management : Act as the administrator for our proposal content library. You will utilize advanced AI automations, specifically Claude Cowork, to ingest previous responses, generate first drafts, refine tone, and continuously optimize our proposal workflows. • Quality Assurance : Review and edit all proposal content for clarity, consistency, formatting, and alignment with Egnyte’s overarching brand messaging and strategic value propositions.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, Java, or Go in a cloud-native environment • Build and deploy agentic systems using Claude tool-use, MCP, LangChain agents, and function-calling patterns • Own the development and maintenance of automation pipelines for the product, ensuring reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement • Architect and implement automation pipelines that reduce manual effort across engineering, QA, and operations workflows • Develop internal developer tools and CLI utilities that improve team velocity and code quality • Integrate agent-powered and automation features into existing products — including intelligent document processing, search, and content analysis • Collaborate with product, QA, and platform teams to identify automation opportunities and ship solutions end-to-end • Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code with proper observability (logging, metrics, alerting) • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation

• Finding the right focus: You’ll be the person who spots where Egnyte’s next wave of growth is coming from. • Using data from Sales, Product Marketing, and external market signals, you’ll identify which emerging industries and account segments are trending up, then build a focused, targeted strategy around that subset to drive accelerated pipeline growth before those opportunities become obvious to everyone. • Running the plan: Once the focus areas are identified, you’ll build and run the programs to activate them. • This goes beyond tradeshows and hosted Egnyte events; you’ll partner closely with Sales and Sales Leadership to design niche, targeted programs like executive roundtables, industry-specific digital campaigns, intimate dinners, and account-based activations that meet buyers where they are and generate pipeline that actually closes. • You’ll partner with our Channel team to find ways to use our partner network to expand our reach, so we don't always need an Egnyte employee at every single regional event. • You’ll develop standardized frameworks that the whole team can use to keep our quality consistent, no matter who is running the event. • You won't just be an admin of these platforms; you'll be the person who figures out where AI can cut the busywork, surface better insights, and help Sales move faster on the leads we generate. • Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte’s platform • Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues • Act as a liaison between Egnyte’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success • Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) • Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner; identify and bring in resources as required for quick response to client issues raised during the implementation phase • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress • Manage overall customer relationship and satisfaction during all phases of the engagement

• Support all sales and renewals teams throughout complete sales and renewals cycles • Offer deal intelligence to assist sales leaders in decision-making • Assist sales with positioning value against competition and constructing favorable deals • Ensure timely review and approval of all deal requests • Help build scalable and repeatable processes to ensure swift sales cycle • Draft special terms and commercial terms for deals independently, subject to review with Deal Desk leadership & Legal • Provide guidance to sales on deal structuring in a way that meets customers’ requirements, sets them up for maximum success, and maximizes TCV • Participate in deal reviews and commercial conversations with sales • Collaborate with Sales Enablement team to build and deliver training sessions for sales • Work within the Salesforce.com CRM & CPQ system to assist sales

• Responsible for preparing quarterly and annual US income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 • Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments • Support the preparation and review of the annual federal and state income tax returns • Prepare working papers for annual property tax returns • Manage multiple administrative filings like business license renewal and FBAR etc. • Support the monthly close and ensure that it is completed correctly and timely • Work with Senior Tax Manager on direct and indirect tax audits include working with the tax authorities and providing response for notices • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

• Create automated processes to build Egnyte software packages which will be deployed in production environments • Develop automatic tools to provision build/test environments on cloud infrastructure for hosting internal development and QA activities • Prepare deployment solutions for QA, staging and production environments • Create and maintain tools responsible for delivering on-premise services to customer (for example, on-premise server restart and software update) • Contribute to the development processes, including enhancements to build procedures, test frameworks, verification tools and packaging • Provide tools and automation workflows to increase software developer productivity • Assist in defining the process models and tool sets to enable adoption of DevOps methodologies.
