• Build Boulevard’s product data foundation - partnering across the Product Development organization to define what needs to be captured and how. • In tight partnership with Product, develop data-driven recommendations that inform strategy and drive action. • Build scalable, intuitive and self-serve dashboards that empower teams and stakeholders to independently explore data and make informed strategic decisions. • Own deep-dive and exploratory analyses that up-level understanding of customers and their relationship with the product. • Be the bridge between product data and the broader organization. • Create team processes and analytical workflows that enforce data accuracy and scale as the function grows.

• Deliver assigned lessons aligned with curriculum learning objectives and session plans. • Facilitate engaging live online instruction using instructional best practices for adult learners. • Provide subject matter expertise in Power BI and Tableau, including dashboard development and data visualization. • Teach data analytics concepts such as data cleaning, transformation, and modeling. • Incorporate tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, and basic Python (optional) for data analysis workflows. • Guide students in building interactive dashboards, reports, and data storytelling presentations. • Connect course content to real-world industry applications and business use cases. • Encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving within the classroom environment. • Provide individualized student support during live sessions and scheduled office hours. • Mentor students on portfolio development, including end-to-end analytics projects. • Maintain regular communication with students regarding progress, expectations, and milestones. • Respond to student and staff communications in a timely and professional manner. • Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback on assignments, dashboards, and capstone projects. • Evaluate student progress based on course deliverables and established grading rubrics. • Assess dashboards, reports, and analytical problem-solving skills. • Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and engagement. • Identify and escalate academic or performance concerns to the Lead Instructor or appropriate staff. • Support performance improvement plans when necessary. • Adhere to institutional policies and instructional team standards. • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and professional learning environment. • Serve as a role model and mentor for students. • Collaborate with instructional staff and program teams to improve the student learning experience. • Stay current with industry trends in data analytics and visualization tools. • Represent the organization professionally when interacting with students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Position Purpose: Analyze integrated and extensive datasets to extract value, which directly impacts and influences business decisions. Work collaboratively with key business stakeholders to identify areas of value, develop solutions, and deliver insights to reduce overall cost of care for members and improve their clinical outcomes. - Analyze pharmacy data including drug claims, dispensing activity, clinical services metrics, utilization, and adherence drivers. - Collaborate across cross functional teams including Product, Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Actuarial to support data driven decision making. - Support execution of large-scale projects with limited direction from leadership. ​ - Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or customers. - Manage multiple, variable tasks and data review processes with limited supervision within targeted timelines. - Support the design, testing, and implementation of process enhancements and identify opportunities for automation. - Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how customers interact with analytic products. - Support multiple functions and levels of the organization and effectively, both verbally and visually, communicate findings and insights to non-technical business partners. - Independently engage with customers and business partners to gather requirements and validate results. - Communicate and present data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, soliciting and incorporating feedback when required. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Complies with all policies and standards. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance or related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience working with large databases, data verification, and data management experience. Healthcare analytics experience preferred. Working knowledge of Snowflake, Power BI and SQL/query languages is highly preferred. Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R. Knowledge of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis preferred. Preferred knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools. Experience with report/dashboard development, data/report automation, self-service capabilities, data design and integration, or data quality and governance preferred. Experience with pharmacy or healthcare data is preferred.
