Core Job Responsibilities: Capital One Software is looking for a strategic, process-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to join our marketing team. You will bridge the gap between high-level product marketing strategy and in-market execution for marketing campaigns. - Lead the end-to-end project management of integrated multi-channel campaigns. You will coordinate across Paid, Email, and Social to ensure a cohesive brand experience that drives measurable pipeline growth. - Partner with internal design teams and external agencies to build a repeatable, scalable creative production engine. You'll streamline workflows to ensure high-quality assets are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. - Transform each Digital Marketing Manager's channel strategy per campaign into a functional reality by building creative production workback schedules and tracking frameworks necessary to launch and measure those campaigns. - Analyze team bandwidth and production velocity to predict resource bottlenecks before they impact major product launch timelines. - Maintain full visibility into the marketing pipeline. You will provide regular campaign status reporting and manage campaign operations using Workfront to ensure data integrity and process transparency for partner teams. - Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to drive evergreen initiatives. This includes managing "always-on" nurture streams, content optimization projects, and ensuring our foundational messaging is consistently refreshed. - Partner with Sales Ops to ensure a frictionless handoff from marketing-generated interest to Sales development outreach Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or military experience - At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Campaign Management - At least one year of experience with project management platforms (for example: Workfront) - At least 1 year of experience with Marketing Automation platforms (for example: HubSpot, Pardot, Adobe Marketo Engage, Customer.io) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience navigating complex legal and compliance review cycles in financial services or a similarly regulated sector - Experience streamlining internal creative and production workflows - Deep understanding of the mechanics behind SEM, Email Marketing, and Social media funnels At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project Manager McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Project Manager New York, NY: $131,800 - $150,500 for Principal Project Manager Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Project Manager San Francisco, CA: $131,800 - $150,500 for Principal Project Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
