Job Summary - We are seeking a PLM Solution Architect to join our Professional Services organization. This role is focused on client delivery and technical advisory leadership, partnering directly with customer teams to design and implement enterprise-scale PLM solutions based on the Aras Innovator platform. - As a trusted client-facing consultant, you will provide architectural direction, lead delivery teams, and ensure successful outcomes across complex PLM transformation initiatives. You will own the technical solution across the full delivery lifecycle—requirements, architecture, build, validation, and transition—while ensuring alignment with client business objectives, Aras best practices, and professional services delivery standards. Key Responsibilities Client Delivery & Technical Ownership: - Serve as the technical lead for Aras Innovator implementations. - Own the end-to-end solution architecture and technical delivery. - Lead teams through planning, design, build, testing, and transition. - Ensure alignment with scope, quality, and delivery expectations. Consulting & Client Engagement - Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders. - Facilitate workshops to define requirements and solution direction. - Align stakeholders and manage complex consulting scenarios. Solution Architecture & Design - Define solution architectures using standard Aras capabilities. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Lead development of requirements, use cases, and specifications. Pre-Sales & Advisory Support - Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work - Improve Professional Services delivery methodologies Team Leadership & Mentorship - Assign and manage technical tasks across delivery teams - Review deliverables for quality and consistency - Mentor consultants and junior architects Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required: - Strong client-facing consulting abilities. - Experience with enterprise PLM implementations. - Agile/Scrum delivery leadership. - Documentation excellence (requirements, SOWs, specifications). - Technical expertise in SQL Server, C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML. - Data migration experience. - Strong planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Experience & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of PLM delivery experience. - Proven Aras Innovator implementation leadership. - Agile tools experience (Jira, Azure DevOps). - Industry experience in Automotive, High Tech, Aerospace, etc. - Knowledge of engineering change, quality, and manufacturing processes. - Willingness to travel up to 50%. - U.S. Citizen.
