• Design and execute end-to-end and integration test scenarios across multiple system components • Analyze defects and identify patterns to uncover underlying system issues • Develop test strategies and test cases for complex business logic and workflows • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align on testing approaches and quality standards • Lead testing efforts for integration and end-to-end validation across systems • Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, and clear communication of issues

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, including 2+ years working with Salesforce applications
  • Strong understanding of test design techniques and risk-based testing approaches
  • Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, reports)
  • Solid experience with defect management, including severity and priority assessment
  • Hands-on experience with API testing and web services (REST)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development process
