Benefits: - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Employee discounts - Health insurance - Vision insurance Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking a part-time Recruiting Talent Systems Specialist to improve how our franchise spas recruit and hire. This is a talent technology + franchise enablement role (not a general HR/recruiting role) focused on optimizing our ATS, scaling recruiting programs, and driving adoption of hiring automation across a 600-spa network. Schedule: Full Time. Typical time allocation: ~40% individual franchisee recruiting support calls, ~30% vendor relationships & program scaling (CareerPlug, Glassdoor, etc.), and ~30% program administration and reporting. What You’ll Do: · Hold 1:1 recruiting coaching calls with franchisees to improve funnel performance, adoption, and candidate experience · Troubleshoot ATS user issues and create simple job aids, FAQs, and repeatable workflows. · Optimize ATS workflows, templates, and automation; partner on integrations and posting performance as needed. · Manage job board/vendor relationships (including CareerPlug and Glassdoor)—performance, ROI, support SLAs, and issue escalation · Run pilots and rollouts of new features (including automation/AI enhancements) and drive scalable adoption across the network. · Own program administration (invoicing, vendor coordination, job optimization, market research) and maintain dashboards/reporting · Collaborate cross-functional and communicate program updates, insights, and recommendations. What You Bring · 3+ years supporting a high-volume recruiting need in either a franchise, healthcare, wellness, or front-line employee model. · While we value diverse recruiting experience, for this role we're seeking candidates with in-house recruiting experience, ideally within organizations similar to ours" · Hands-on experience improving workflows using automation and AI within talent technology. · Ability to coach and influence a non-technical audience, comfortable presenting franchisees, and leading live virtual sessions. · Strong analytical skills: build/maintain dashboards, spot trends, and turn data into clear recommendations. · Experience managing job board/vendor relationships (e.g., CareerPlug, Glassdoor, Indeed) and partnering with recruiting vendors to scale adoption and education. · Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage recurring cadences, many stakeholders, and high inbound demand in a remote environment.
