Role Description As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will work directly with some of the world’s largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients. You will serve as a mechanical engineer on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents. Experience in the Data Center industry is preferred. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients. Role Description The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer works independently to deliver engineered designs in line with project scope and production deadlines. With strong SolidWorks capability and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering first principles, this role ensures AWMA products are produced to a high standard of quality, functionality, and manufacturability. Qualifications - Extensive experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer; R&D background will be highly desirable. - Advanced SolidWorks 3D Modelling and Drafting Skills. - Strong capability in mechanical engineering first principles. - Significant experience in product design, development, or manufacturing environments. - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. - High attention to detail and strong analytical capability. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
