About This Opportunity As the DBA Manager specializing in SQL Server, will be responsible for leading a team of Senior and Junior Level Database Administrators in the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and performance of critical database systems, to ensure high availability and consistent performance of our database platforms. The Database Administration team provides 24x7 production support for all database systems ensuring their database integrity, security and availability. You will be a hands-on leader, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, performance optimization, and strategic planning for our SQL Server databases. The DBA will oversee multi-tier database environments, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security compliance across AWS GovCloud IL4/IL5 enclaves. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high availability, optimizing data storage and retrieval, and supporting the integration of data systems used for mission operations, analytics, and case management.
