Responsibilities - Serve as a technical liaison, building strong partnerships with IT Development and Support teams to collaboratively resolve issues and deliver enhancements. - Review and analyze business requirements from the Customer Advocacy division and write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs. - Document system data flows, dependencies, and integration points to strengthen knowledge continuity across the team. - Translate accounting concepts (GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition, accruals) into system and data requirements. - Analyze and validate financial data for accuracy, completeness, and integrity. - Support testing, UAT, and defect resolution for finance systems. - Partner with engineering and data teams on system enhancements and integrations. - Ensure solutions align with internal controls and ESS leadership objectives and keys results. - Maintain high standards of system performance, documentation accuracy, and customer responsiveness to ensure smooth financial and accounting operations. - Contribute to a culture of continuous learning through knowledge sharing, process refinement, and proactive skill development. Role Description As a Change Manager, you will be a driver of process and facilitator of efficient and compliant changes across InComm's technology landscape. In this role, you will impact the safekeeping of mission critical systems and operations by ensuring that changes are carefully implemented. Our Change Management team holds a highly important position within our organization, and you will be interacting with all levels of our business including executive leadership. We are looking for a stellar communicator who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced corporate environment! - Must have the ability to quickly obtain a high-level understanding of InComm’s IT technology landscape and how various platforms interact with one another to schedule changes that do not conflict with other changes causing unplanned outages. - Support internal customers with the preparation of change requests using the documented process and requirements. - Analyze change requests against the documented process to ensure all required details, artifacts and pre-approvals are in place before approving for CAB meetings. - Oversee the Change Calendar by coordinating all change requests across different business calendars. - Create and maintain change maintenance windows on the Change Calendar including those to signify business critical periods such as month and quarter end and change blackout windows. - Track change request scheduled end times to ensure timely closure. - Assess the impact and risk of all changes on business operations using the process documentation. - This role must exercise discretion and independent judgement to make decisions that could impact InComm financially and reputationally. - Collaborates with all IT technology teams to ensure major projects adhere to plan. - After hours’ on-call support is required and is managed in a rotation, approximately every 5 weeks. - Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on established metrics as required. - Assist in training and communicating the change management process to the IT user community as required. - Assist as needed to support internal and external audits as required. - Independently maintain and continuously update change process documentation. - Drive process improvement and automation initiatives by streamlining approvals, risk scoring, template management, and reporting. - Other duties as required. About This Opportunity As part of a dynamic and growing local team, the Digital Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling customer service, assisting with product set ups and operations for local and international gift card product vendors that have partnered with InComm.
