Role Description The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving the end-to-end release and deployment lifecycle across InComm's technology portfolio. Operating at the intersection of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security, this role leads the automation of CI/CD pipelines, enforces release governance at scale, and serves as a technical authority for build and deployment tooling. The engineer drives platform-level improvements, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates cross-functionally with development, QA, and security teams. Responsibilities - Monitor for, engage with, and respond to ad-hoc requests from development teams regarding the state of CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps processes. - Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins across multi-team delivery workflows. - Implement pipeline-as-code standards, reusable templates, and Jenkinsfile/shared library best practices. - Manage build artifact lifecycle — versioning, promotion, and cleanup — using JFrog Artifactory. - Define and enforce branching strategies, gate policies, and approval workflows in Git and GitHub. - Attend bi-weekly release events from 4:00AM to 12:00PM Eastern time. - Own release planning, scheduling, and coordination across multi-team delivery cycles. - Define and maintain release runbooks, rollback procedures, and change management documentation. - Enforce quality gates integrating SonarQube code analysis, Snyk security scanning, and functional test validation prior to production promotion. - Track and report release metrics including deployment frequency, lead time, and change failure rate. - Build and maintain Docker-based build pipelines including multi-stage Dockerfiles, image scanning, and Artifactory push/pull workflows. - Manage Kubernetes workloads and cluster operations via Rancher; enforce deployment standards across namespaces and environments. - Implement and maintain GitOps patterns using ArgoCD for declarative, automated deployment management across microservices. - Integrate Snyk into CI/CD pipelines for SCA/SAST enforcement; triage and remediate findings in build artifacts. - Configure and maintain SonarQube quality profiles and gates; work with development teams to resolve code quality issues blocking releases. - Enforce secrets management, least-privilege service accounts, and credential hygiene across pipeline tooling. Role Description As a Senior Database Administrator, you will be responsible for end-to-end administration of Oracle 19c clustered database platforms. Role Description As an Information Security Engineer III, you will work on securing applications across InComm Payments by integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines, conducting threat modeling, and supporting incident response. Role Description As a Software Developer in Test, you will be responsible for supporting multiple teams in aggressive Agile environments and delivering automated testing scripts. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining quality strategies, methodologies, industry standard best practices, and validation methods for all supported systems (Front end and Back end) within dev, test, UAT, and production environments. High level testing buckets will traverse numerous SDLC components and features such as performance, load, mobile and compliance standards. This position is CLT and Fully Remote in Brazil. Professional English communication skills are required. Responsibilities - Use Java, to create and maintain Automation scripts - Create Scripts and automate GUI tests across multiple real browser combinations using Cross browser testing tools like Selenium/Playwright. - Automate test cases for regression, integration, and functional testing using best practices. - Maintain quality for all supported systems within both test and production environments for both manual and automated testing - Prioritize test automation efforts and maintain proper balance for manual vs automated code coverage - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide feedback to improve product quality. - Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain quality strategies, methodologies, as well as validation methods within a multi-tiered information technology environment across multiple cross functional teams including Dev, QA, UX, Marketing, Ownership and App Delivery/Support - Collaborate with team members to review assigned deliverables and determine work effort and timelines for delivering any proposed change; provide estimations for project and sprint level efforts - Consult with other 3rd party resources to ensure quality is met for proposed deliverables and that those deliverables meet expected implementation timelines - Integrate with, and manage as needed, offshore delivery partner programs - Work within an Agile environment to develop and maintain the following: - Automated Performance tests for both service layer and UI - Test Planning - Test Execution - Test Result Reporting - Defect Reporting - Automated Performance Testing - Automated Regression Testing - Production Deployment Validations - Develop quality assurance documentation to ensure all sprint deliverables are accomplished while adhering to InComm’s quality development and execution standards - Use database queries (for filling and updating the cache) to highly optimize SQL performance queries - Analyze code issues by finding root cause using SPLUNK - Analyze test results, identify bugs, and report defects with clear documentation. - Identify and implement quality goals, strategies, and scheduling for all deliverables - Identify and report potential quality risks to the team and department - Establish standards and procedures to ensure quality - Execute quality test efforts and roll out QA SOPs into test methodology lifecycles - Create and maintain automated projects for both Service Layer and UI; - On staff for production implementation and support during off hours IT maintenance windows - Prepare quality assurance status updates, daily metrics reporting including C-Suite delivery - Execute all day-to-day quality project related activities - Confer with team members to coordinate technical advice and resolve problems - Coordinate and respond to requests for change - Monitor results against technical specifications - Develop and maintaining quality documentation - Develop and maintain document standards for ongoing quality efforts - Develop and distribute result documentation to all applicable stakeholders - Specific duties may vary depending upon departmental requirements Qualifications - An Associate Degree, Technologo (Technologist) Degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required - 3+ years of test automation development experience using Selenium, Appium and Java - 3+ years of software quality assurance experience supporting both whitebox and blackbox validations within a web based multi-tiered environment - Experience with the following tools and technologies such as Microsoft .Net - Hands-on experience with Test frameworks like nUnit and/or xUnit - Hands-on experience with UI automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright or Cypress. - Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, SoapUI, RestSharp or similar tools. - Experience working with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools. - Basic understanding of Docker and containerized applications (preferred) - Experience testing Mobile Applications (Both iOS and Android) - Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, strategies, and methodologies - Experience automating service layer methods using SoapUI - Experience developing code within Visual Studio, Eclipse or other IDEs - Professional English communication skills are required Benefits - Health and dental insurance - Meal and restaurant vouchers - Fixed monthly stipend for internet and mobile expenses - InComm hardware/software - Annual bonuses

Role Description As part of a dynamic and growing local team, the Digital Manager is responsible for handling customer service, assisting with product set ups and operations for local and international gift card product vendors that have partnered with InComm. You will work closely with all members of the team as well as having contact with our local and international colleagues and suppliers. Responsibilities - Managing customer service queries from various digital channels. - Address day-to-day requests from card partners, channels & wider internal teams in relation to digital operations. - Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering sales performance, promotional activity, and compliance/regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing, product counterparts in US and Operations to develop and provide all information that is required in order to set up and launch products in InComm distribution channels for digital gift cards. - Work with Marketing and Retail teams to ensure that the assigned products are correctly communicated to the market. - Work with Account Management teams to obtain the broadest retail distribution possible for assigned partners and products. - Manage message delivery to retailers including development of pitch deck materials and presentations, etc. - Act as a secondary escalation point for AUNZ Digital Operations including: - Uploading inventory & forecasting by liaising with partners. - Completing customer support queries which may include troubleshooting card errors and/or refunds. - Addressing any outages and or maintenance issues with channels or product partner. - Co-ordinating new product set up with assistance from InComm Digital Solutions US team. - Utilise best practices and work on continual process improvements. Use and update tools to enable effective work flow, reduce duplication and improve access to information. - Understand sales and available industry research and recommend ideas to increase sales, distribution, product mix, product offerings, margin, etc. - Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Role Description We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Engineer with a background in networking and security to design, implement, and manage Zscaler cloud security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks and Cisco firewalls to ensure robust network security postures for our organization and clients. CLT and fully remote position. Must reside in Brazil. Qualifications - Education: Associate Degree, or, Technologo (Technologist) Degree, or higher preferred. - Experience: - 5+ years of experience in networking and security engineering. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, and ZDX). - Proven working knowledge in configuring and managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls (PA and VM-Series, Panorama). - Proven working knowledge in configuring and managing Cisco firewalls. - Certifications (preferred): - Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional - Private Access (ZCCP-PA). - Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional - Internet Access (ZCCP-IA). - Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA). - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). - Technical Skills: - Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF). - Proficiency in firewall policy management, NAT, VPN, and threat prevention. - Familiarity with Cisco ISE for 802.1X, TACACS+, and guest access solutions. - Familiarity with cloud security concepts and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) frameworks. - Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) for automation is a plus. - Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
