• Administer and support SAP databases (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) across development, QA, and production environments • Monitor database performance, capacity, and availability; identify and resolve issues proactively • Perform database installations, upgrades, patches, and refreshes in coordination with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams • Execute regular backup, recovery, and restore procedures; validate disaster recovery readiness • Support system copies, client copies, and data refresh activities • Assist with performance tuning, indexing, and SQL optimization • Manage database security, permissions, and access controls in line with company policies • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures • Participate in on-call or after-hours support as required (for planned activities or incidents)

• Design, develop, and support SAP CPI integrations across diverse systems and landscapes. • Deliver end‑to‑end integration including source, mapping, and target components using standard adapters in CPI (and PO when required). • Build and enhance iFlows, SOAP/REST API integrations, JDBC calls, ABAP RFCs, and OData services. • Develop and troubleshoot integrations using protocols and adapters including: B2B, Flat File, JDBC, EDI, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/SFTP, SOAP, REST, RFC, IDoc, ALE/EDI, JMS, ODBC. • Utilize XSLT, Groovy scripting, and/or graphical mapping for transformations. • Participate in integration architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations. • Engage in CPI-focused project implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support. • Provide PO support as needed, primarily in an on‑call capacity, not as the primary workload. • Accurately document integration designs, configurations, and support procedures.

• Provides day-to-day operational support for all assigned databases and platforms • Lead design and implementation of new installations to support approved projects and initiatives • Perform needed database management by monitoring and maintaining assigned systems; including backup & recovery, updates, patches, hotfixes and working with the Systems Engineering team to plan for additional capacity as needed to meet the business need • Develop and maintain policies and procedures needed for the maintenance and continuity of assigned systems • Assist with solution design, including database schema, developing stored procedures & functions, and SQL query tuning using the SQL server toolset • Design, develop, implement, and maintain system interfaces needed to streamline and automate business processes • Develop and maintain documentation of all developed solutions • Coordinate with cross-functional initiatives toward project completion while maintaining Global standards and practices • Provide advanced technical support for IT Systems Engineers, Support Engineers, and Service Desk • Mentor team members to ensure cross-training for assigned systems and applications

• Lead and manage a team of SAP support analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. • Oversee day-to-day operations of SAP Managed Services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and problem tickets. • Act as an escalation point for complex SAP issues across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, and others. • Monitor and report on team performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Stay current with SAP technologies, updates, and best practices to guide the team effectively. • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with project deliverables. • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. • Address and resolve customer concerns, seeking continuous improvement in customer satisfaction. • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients. • Coordinate resources and efforts across departments to achieve project milestones. • Work closely with sales and account management teams to identify expansion opportunities. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports. • Create and update customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FI/CO solution design and configuration, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and CO‑PA . • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate accounting and controlling requirements into SAP design artifacts and system configuration. • Design and support cross‑module integrations with MM, SD, PS, PP, and PM, ensuring accurate financial postings and reconciliation. • Provide functional leadership for Project Systems (PS) settlement, budgeting, and integration to FI, CO, and Assets under Construction (AuC). • Configure and support Asset Accounting , including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and reconciliation to GL. • Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, including accruals, allocations, settlements, revaluations, and financial validations. • Participate in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support. • Produce functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and user training materials. • Advise on best practices, internal controls, and continuous improvement opportunities within SAP Finance.

• Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or proven record of success in consulting • Work independently and display leadership skills to lead a team of consultants in client engagement • Configure COPA profiles according to order types to meet company needs for profitability analysis • Map business practices to ERP software • Analyze the As-Is system and gather functional requirements for the To-Be system
