Role Description We are looking for a Data Science Lead to drive the development and implementation of advanced analytical solutions focused on campaign performance and impact measurement. This role will involve working with statistical modeling, time series analysis, and causal inference techniques to generate actionable insights, particularly within marketing and retail contexts. - Lead the design and implementation of data science solutions to evaluate and estimate the impact of marketing campaigns. - Develop and deploy models including time series, classification, and regression models. - Apply causal inference methodologies to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact. - Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to extract insights and support decision-making. - Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, marketing, and engineering. - Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations. - Ensure best practices in data modeling, experimentation, and statistical analysis. Qualifications - Strong experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and modeling. - Proven experience building time series, classification, and regression models. - Solid understanding of causal inference and statistical analysis. - Experience designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous data scenarios. - Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in retail industry is a plus. - Advanced English level is required (both written and spoken).
