As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our solutions and services. You will work closely with customers as their trusted advisor, and with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Your deep understanding of our products, services, and the cybersecurity landscape will enable you to effectively address customer needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions. You will also participate and speak at trade shows, seminars, and other marketing events where the company is actively participating. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute successful sales strategies. - Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the technical capabilities and business value of the Company solutions. - Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key customer stakeholders and be the customer’s trusted advisor. - Understand customer's security challenges, technical requirements, and existing infrastructure to propose tailored solutions. - Design, deploy, and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and evaluations, ensuring successful outcomes and demonstrating the effectiveness of the Company solutions. - Assist in the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and RFP responses. - Deliver health-checks and workshops for existing customers, retaining and expanding their footprint. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, competitive landscape, and industry trends. - Stay up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats, attacks, and trends. - Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, market trends, and contribute to product development. - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and generate leads. - Own and maintain the technical relationship with the Company partners community within the assigned territory. - Provide technical training and support to sales team members and partners

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical pre-sales, security consulting, or similar roles in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols, network security concepts, and security architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of threat detection methodologies, incident response processes, and common attack vectors.
  • Experience with Threat Detection and Response solutions, such as SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR.
  • Proven ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and POCs.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and achieving sales targets.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, SANS, or similar are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux CLI and basic scripting/programming skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Team player, with a genuine collaborative attitude and willingness to share with and inspire others.
