• Execute designs for our web properties, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation. • Work closely with content and demand generation teams to plan for upcoming changes and additions to the website. • Evaluate and suggest tuning opportunities for performance and user experience improvements. • Monitor our landing pages and forms for issues and identify areas for improvement through methodical A/B testing. • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices related to conversion and technical SEO optimization. • Analyze data to determine whether new additions or changes to our website have been productive. • Collaborate with the product team as needed to help with product-related development.

Job Requirements

  • Work experience in a similar web development role 2+ years.
  • Experience with the HubSpot Content Management System (CMS).
  • Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with the ECMAScript 6 specification.
  • Working experience with Sass (SCSS syntax).
  • Hands-on experience with GIT and basic knowledge of Node.js.
  • Good knowledge of SEO optimization and Responsive Web Design (RWD).
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to remain flexible and deliver multiple projects within marketing sprints.
