We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational sales or business development experience and is ready to take the next step in a high-growth environment. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and setting up high-quality meetings for our VP of Sales. What will you do? - Identify and research target accounts within key industries. - Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria. - Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the VP of Sales. - Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM. - Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting. - Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting-setting targets. Who are we looking for? - 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role. - Proven ability to meet activity or quota-based targets. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High energy, competitive mindset, proactive and resilient. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred. - Desire to grow into an Account Executive role. - US based with work hours aligned with Eastern time zone. - Willingness to travel (less than 20%).
