• Provide on-site support for the Intron product range, including calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of electromechanical, servo-hydraulic and CEAST materials testing systems • Ensure all requests for onsite service are dealt with promptly and professionally • Look for leads for new machines, accessories and other services • Advise customers regarding product obsolescence • Report on competitive equipment and activities at customer sites • Prepare and plan for visits to complete jobs correctly • Manage cost-efficient travel and maintain communication with customers • Deliver software training to customers when required • Ensure accurate administration of work

• Support flushing, cleaning, passivation, and final rinse verification activities. • Assist with system fill, purge, and coolant verification. • Perform field testing (conductivity, pH, turbidity, glycol %, visual inspections). • Collect and manage samples for laboratory or advanced analysis. • Support filtration installation, inspection, and verification. • Verify system readiness prior to ITE onboarding. • Document field activities and test results clearly and accurately. • Coordinate with mechanical contractors, OEMs, and site personnel. • Uphold Fluid2Chip standards under schedule and commercial pressure.

• Perform servicing of fire pumps systems in line with specified scope of works, ensuring servicing is completed fully and to a high standard of quality. • Provide detailed and accurate servicing reports, providing an assessment of any remedial requirements to ensure the integrity of the fire systems for our clients. • Perform any repair work as required to fire pumps systems, in line with the scope of works set out and agreed with the client. • Travel outside of area where needed, to service our client needs. • Perform monthly stock checks on your van, to provide timely stock sheets to our Stores. • Perform monthly PPE and Vehicle checks, to provide timely and forms to our safety team. • Attend out of hours call outs as and when needed. • Act with integrity and professionalism in all communications with clients and colleagues. • Keep abreast of changes and amendments of standards, regulations, and best practice within the industry. • Use and maintain your vehicles and tools in line with company policy. • Always adhere to Company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.

• Safely install, remove, and replace industrial battery systems, cabinets, and related equipment, following manufacturer specs and company procedures. • Assemble battery strings, route cabling, and torque connections to exact standards using proper tools and PPE. • Perform battery testing, capacity tests, voltage readings, and thermal checks to ensure systems meet performance standards. • Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety protocols while working around high-voltage DC systems. • Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and customers to complete installations on time and to the highest quality. • Maintain accurate installation records, including serial numbers, torque logs, and test data. • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling tools to move heavy battery systems. • Perform site cleanup and ensure the proper disposal or recycling of removed batteries. • Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic electrical or battery-related issues during installation. • Participate in ongoing training to keep up with evolving battery technologies and industry best practices.
