• Perform day-to-day operational activities within the SAP Ariba platform. • Monitor system performance, health checks, and availability. • Must know SAP Ariba modules: SLP, Sourcing, Contracts and Buying/Invoicing. • Have active knowledge of establishing and administering catalogs. • Execute routine maintenance tasks and system housekeeping activities. • Work assigned support tickets through Service Now to resolution within defined SLO timeframes. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, user problems, and system errors. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams or SAP support when necessary. • Maintain detailed ticket documentation and resolution records. • Collaborate with Cencora Ariba administrators to design and implement new business processes on the platform administration. • Must know how to configure workflow approvals, business rules, and system parameters within SAP Ariba.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
- 2+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in application support or system/application/database administration.
- Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified IT Professional, ITIL, ITSM Certifications.

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Project Administrator to join an Australian builder. You will provide essential administrative and financial support to a residential building practice, helping to keep jobs moving efficiently from tender through to completion.
