Role Description The Project Executive at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) leads and supervises project teams ensuring a successful project execution. This position is responsible for all aspects of a project from its inception to its completion. The Project Executive is responsible for the supervision of all field operations on assigned projects and may be required to perform all aspects of their project management-related duties from the site of the work. Role Description The Senior Proposals Manager is a people-leadership role responsible for the performance, development, and day-to-day management of proposal groups within the West region for Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG). This position oversees a team of Proposal Managers, Senior Proposal Coordinators, and Proposal Coordinators, ensuring consistent quality, on-time delivery, and professional growth across assigned groups. This role reports directly to the Director of Proposals and serves as a key leadership layer between the Director and the proposal execution teams. Client account assignments across groups are dynamic and will shift based on business needs; the Senior Proposals Manager is responsible for managing their teams effectively regardless of specific account configurations. The Senior Proposals Manager will provide day-to-day management direction for this role and coordinate with the Director of Proposals on content strategy and cross-regional support needs. While the primary focus is people management, this role includes secondary responsibility for pursuit-level oversight—ensuring proposal timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met across the region’s active pursuits.
