Contracts Administrator
Envision Radiology
• Drafts standard contracts including memorandums of understanding, vendor agreements, service contracts, and NDAs in accordance with company templates and guidelines. • Maintains accurate and complete contract records within the company’s contract lifecycle management system, including data entry, contract logs, version control, and secure storage of all executed agreements. • Monitors contract timelines, upcoming expirations, and outstanding obligations, proactively communicating renewal and termination details to internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timely action. • Coordinates with internal departments to gather necessary contract information and communicates professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding contract terms, status updates, and required documentation. • Supports audits and reporting related to contracts, ensuring documentation is organized, accessible, and audit-ready at all times. • Assists the Contracts Manager with standard contract drafting, review, and renewal requests as directed. • Supports continuous process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance contract administration workflows and system utilization. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in a contracts or legal administration role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of contract terms and legal terminology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management or electronic contract lifecycle management systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
- Strong communication skills & professional demeanor.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a relevant field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.

This position is remote and can be worked from a variety of locations within the US. Shift times can be either 8 or 10 hour shifts between the times of 7a and 10p EST with rotating weekends depending on business needs. Molina Pharmacy Services/Management staff work to ensure that Molina members have access to all medically necessary prescription drugs and those drugs are used in a cost-effective, safe manner. These jobs are responsible for creating, operating, and monitoring Molina Health Plan's pharmacy benefit programs in accordance with all federal and state laws.
