• Agile development of interfaces and frontend logic using Lovable • Backend and infrastructure management with Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage, and vector database) • Implementation and maintenance of agentic connectivity via MCP (Model Context Protocol), integrating AI agents into local or self-hosted environments • Designing data architecture with dense RPC (Remote Procedure Call) calls • Service-to-service communication via APIs or Supabase SSR • Developing backend logic in Node.js and TypeScript • Building complex automations using n8n • Ensuring quality through environment separation (frontend and backend), responsiveness testing, and continuous deployment
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack developer (minimum 3 years)
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, preferably using Supabase
- Experience creating RPC functions
- Knowledge of consuming REST APIs
- Experience with distributed runtime environments
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, v0, or similar
- Experience with n8n for automation and workflow orchestration

What You Will Do - You’ll be responsible for building software to help companies create cultures in which their employees thrive. - Partner with other engineers to build and own products across a modern tech stack. Our current stack includes React, Relay Modern, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL.
