We're building toward a dual-mandate future: - Analytics as a Service delivers embedded insights directly within Lattice products to support user workflows, by providing a platform for internal developers to easily integrate and expose analytics in their features. - Analytics as an Experience is a centralized product offering, comprising the Explorer, Custom Reports, and Dashboards, and enables admins and managers to dig into data, uncover trends, and share insights to inform strategic decisions. What You Will Do - You’ll be responsible for building software to help companies create cultures in which their employees thrive. - Partner with other engineers to build and own products across a modern tech stack. Our current stack includes React, Relay Modern, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL. We rely on AWS to host our infrastructure. - Work closely with other product teams to understand and solve overarching pain points. - Own the execution of complex projects, including those that require cross-functional collaboration with product managers and designers. - Provide substantial mentorship to less experienced colleagues, helping to refine their technical craft and expand their knowledge. - Make contributions to our engineering practices, identifying and evangelizing improvements to improve our team output. What You Will Bring to the Table You have 5+ years of professional experience writing and maintaining production-level applications. - You have experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Ruby, and Python. - You have experience working on and maintaining services for an organization operating at scale. - You have experience building systems that are adopted by the wider engineering org. - You’re no stranger to SQL, you know how to efficiently model data and write performant queries in a relational database like PostgreSQL. - You know the ins and outs of maintaining and scaling an application actively serving customers in production. - You seek out the root cause when debugging software defects, and champion improvements that prevent future issues. You are familiar with operations tasks such as monitoring application performance over time or troubleshooting issues with production applications. - You’re clear and concise in explaining your thought process and in enumerating the tradeoffs made in your work. - You love mentoring and supporting newer software engineers. Location Requirement: This role is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada. At this time, we are only able to hire employees residing in these provinces. ___ The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $135,500 - $169,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans. • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders and design appropriate solutions on NetSuite. • Develop and customize scripts using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 to automate processes within NetSuite. • Design, implement, and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite. • Integrate NetSuite with other business applications using tools like SuiteTalk, REST APIs, or middleware. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide NetSuite-related support. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Manage NetSuite updates and new implementations, ensuring compatibility with existing processes. • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.

• Design, develop, and deploy highly reliable and scalable software systems • Serve as a technical leader in the implementation of frameworks and best practices • Collaborate with engineering managers and teams • Drive engineering excellence through code reviews • Lead technical design and architectural discussions • Manage project tasks through an agile SDLC

• Own end-to-end development of Cyber Recon and adjacent products (backend systems, data pipelines, and user-facing applications) • Build intuitive, high-performance interfaces for exploring and acting on complex cyber data • Work directly with users in mission environments to understand needs, iterate quickly, and deploy into real environments • Design systems to ingest, normalize, and analyze large-scale external attack surface data • Translate ambiguous problems into concrete product and engineering decisions • Drive product and technical direction for Cyber • Deploy and support software in secure, constrained environments • Travel 2-3 times per month to customer sites (primarily East Coast)
