• Identify and pursue net-new logo opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel networks • Conduct strategic discovery to align cybersecurity needs with Recorded Future’s intelligence solutions • Own and grow key enterprise accounts across multiple verticals • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities by identifying unmet needs and usage patterns • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships across technical and executive audiences (CISO, CIO, VP of Security) • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering insights and value beyond the initial sale • Partner with Customer Success and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and long-term customer value • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 6–12 months • Apply MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks to qualify and advance deals • Develop and present compelling proposals, with a strong grasp of both technical value and business ROI • Use Salesforce, Clari, and Gong to manage pipeline health, track activity, and maintain forecast accuracy • Handle objections and pricing conversations with clarity, confidence, and professionalism • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets • Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, competitive dynamics, and enterprise buying behavior • Provide market feedback to internal teams to inform product, positioning, and roadmap priorities • Operate with urgency, professionalism, and high standards of customer care

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms, pricing structures, and booking policies • Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle post-Closed Won, including billing setup, validation, and delivery • Ensure alignment across Salesforce, contract terms, and NetSuite to minimize downstream errors and revenue impact • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing issues, disputes, and exceptions • Lead collections processes, including AR aging, follow-ups, and dispute resolution • Monitor and drive performance against key metrics such as DSO, past due balances, and collection effectiveness • Ensure timely and accurate cash application and reconciliation • Lead and own month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and revenue flux commentary • Perform and review contract analyses under ASC 606, including assessment of performance obligations, variable consideration, SSP allocation, and pricing changes • Stay current on ASC 606/IFRS15 and related US GAAP authoritative literature; perform and document technical accounting research as needed • Serve as the primary billing-to-revenue liaison, ensuring contract setup and billing schedules align with recognition requirements and downstream reporting • Act as a key escalation resource for revenue accounting, process, and deal-related issues across the Company's products, pricing, and non-routine transactions • Support annual SSP analysis and allocation for multi-element arrangements in partnership with the Director of Revenue Accounting • Manage deal review and pre-booking validation by flagging billing structures that may impact revenue recognition outcomes • Own and continuously improve billing, AR, and Revenue processes to driving scalability and efficiency • Identify and implement automation opportunities across systems and workflows • Standardize processes across regions, entities, and customer segments • Ensure billing, AR, and Revenue processes are SOX-compliant and audit-ready • Own execution and documentation of key billing and AR controls • Support external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and issue resolution • Maintain compliance with global tax, invoicing, and regulatory requirements • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team • Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus

• Lead the visual execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand experience across web, social media, email, print collateral, and event environments. • Evolve and maintain the Recorded Future design system and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and scalability across global marketing teams. • Design engaging data visualizations, infographics, and technical diagrams that distill complex cybersecurity concepts and threat research into easily digestible formats. • Champion the implementation of AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.) into daily creative workflows to increase efficiency. • Develop and manage a "self-service" design program, establishing clear, brand-safe boundaries, templates, and AI guidelines that empower marketing teammates to independently generate standard visual assets. • Train, uplevel, and support non-creative marketing staff on how to effectively and safely use these tools while maintaining strict brand integrity. • Act as the lead project manager for high-priority creative campaigns, effectively managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment. • Oversee and direct external design agencies, freelance partners, and video production vendors, ensuring their output aligns with our brand standards, budgets, and business goals. • Drive the production of video content, including storyboarding, art direction, and video editing for social media, website assets, product explainers, and corporate presentations. • Manage video libraries, templates, and raw assets to empower the broader marketing team to leverage video effectively.

Role Description We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our Threat Intelligence team! - Conduct research on emerging cyber threats, adversary activity, and global threat trends. - Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from a variety of technical and open sources to produce actionable intelligence. - Support tracking of threat actor infrastructure, campaigns, and evolving tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). - Monitor and assess Chinese-language sources to identify relevant threat activity and insights. - Contribute to the production of high-quality intelligence reporting for internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in identifying and developing indicators and detection opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other intelligence, engineering, and data science teams. - Continuously develop technical expertise and stay current on evolving threat landscapes and tradecraft. Qualifications - BA/BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Security, Intelligence, Security Studies, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline (including internships or academic research). - Foundational understanding of cyber threat analysis and intelligence methodologies. - Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and internet infrastructure. - Experience or familiarity with analyzing technical artifacts such as domains, IP addresses, and related metadata. - Familiarity with OSINT collection and analysis techniques. - Exposure to common CTI tools and workflows (e.g., Jupyter Notebook, Maltego, Elastic Stack, or similar platforms). - Understanding of structured analytic techniques and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, the Cyber Kill Chain, or the Diamond Model. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment. Requirements - Professional working proficiency in Chinese, with the ability to read, analyze, and synthesize native-language sources. Preferred Qualifications - Experience analyzing financially motivated cyber activity, including phishing, scams, or account compromise. - Basic scripting or programming experience (Python preferred) for data analysis or task automation. - Familiarity with underground ecosystems such as forums, marketplaces, or messaging platforms (e.g., Telegram). - Understanding of payment systems, cryptocurrency usage, or fraud-related typologies. - Experience working with threat intelligence datasets or large-scale data analysis. - Exposure to detection development or identifying indicators of malicious or suspicious activity. - Working knowledge of Russian is a plus. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this full-time position is $78,500-$117,500. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K.
