About the Director of Business Development The Director of Business Development at Stord plays a pivotal role in driving our company’s success as a growing start-up in the supply chain space. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role will be responsible for expanding a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will develop consultative relationships with clients and prospects to introduce Stord’s full breadth of services. Stord’s Business Development team help prospective enterprise customers throughout the US modernize their supply chains through technology and digitally connected services. What You'll Do: - Identify, research, and establish contact with a potential new client through account based selling techniques - Proactively generate leads and work with team members to pursue business relationships with prospective clients - Develop consultative relationships with Clients and prospects to introduce Stord’s full breadth of Supply Chain services - Understand prospects’ needs and objectives to provide tailored logistics solutions - Develop relationships with clients across the transportation, warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment space - Monitor and document client interactions and customer sales activity via CRM - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer success, to client satisfaction What You'll Need: - Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics - 5+ years in a sales capacity focused on Supply Chain or Warehousing sales mid-market and enterprise clients - Experience in Warehousing, Fulfillment, or E-commerce in a operations capacity is a bonus - A high energy level, perseverance and learning agility along with a willingness to have fun - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment with a focus on putting customers interests first - Ability to collaborate across team functions to drive key results - Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to travel up to 50% - Passion for technology

We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Director Data and Analytics. The Senior Director Data and Analytics oversees the development and ongoing maturation of Paradigm’s enterprise business intelligence and analytics infrastructure and assets. The ideal candidate has significant experience in leveraging (1) the Microsoft BI stack of ETL, data warehousing, OLAP, and visualization technologies, (2) CI/CD and project management methodologies, and (3) inter-departmental collaboration to deliver business value at scale. Experience with healthcare business concepts is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Set and execute the BI strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, healthcare regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs across clinical, financial, and operational domains. - Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of BI assets (ETL pipelines, data warehouses, semantic models, Power BI reports/dashboards), emphasizing data quality, scalability, performance, and reliability. - Own and mature the CI/CD framework for BI and analytics using Azure DevOps and Git, establishing standards for version control, automated testing, deployment pipelines, rollback procedures, and environment management. - Partner closely with IT, DBAs, and data architecture teams to plan and prioritize ETL development, data modeling, performance tuning, security, and platform enhancements within SQL Server, Azure, and related technologies. - Serve as the primary senior BI liaison to business stakeholders, translating healthcare business requirements into analytics solutions, managing demand intake and prioritization, and ensuring delivered insights drive measurable value. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers and analytics professionals, setting technical standards, encouraging best practices, and building career paths to sustain a high‑performing, engaged team. - Establish data governance, security, and compliance standards for reporting and analytics assets, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, PHI handling, role‑based access control, and audit requirements. - Define and track success metrics for BI adoption and impact, including data quality KPIs, report usage, performance SLAs, and business outcomes, continuously improving the BI ecosystem. - Evaluate and introduce new BI and analytics capabilities (e.g., Fabric features, Power BI enhancements, self‑service governance patterns) while balancing innovation with platform stability and supportability. - Responsible for complying with Paradigm Information Security requirements and policies, for safeguarding Paradigm or Paradigm related passwords, and for notifying Paradigm of any Information Security incidents per policy SEC 10-12 Information Security Incident Management.
