Regional Foreclosure Attorney
Freedom Mortgage
• Work directly with the Foreclosure Attorney Network and the Foreclosure (FCL) Milestone Teams • Ensure all investor/insurer requirements are completed accurately and timely from first legal through foreclosure sale • Identify and conduct review of past standard timelines on a loan level basis and address inefficiencies • Act as the Single Point of Contact for the Attorney on foreclosure related matters • Review reports for out of standard or approaching timelines and address inefficiencies • Coordinate and conduct working sessions and conference calls with the Attorney Network • Perform internal QC audit responses associated with overall timeline and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University
- 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7 years+ working knowledge of foreclosure laws and terminology
- Knowledgeable in agency, investor or insurer timelines and documents requirements for judicial and non-judicial foreclosures
- Working knowledge of mortgage banking, familiarity with RESPA, FDCPA & federal and state laws related to legal
- Software Skills: Fiserv/Loanserv Tempo Microsoft Word/Excel Vendorscape Lenstar LPS Desktop
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Job Overview: The Legal Performance Specialist will ensure that all hearing reports submitted by attorneys are reviewed for accuracy and completeness, with any discrepancies identified and resolved prior to publication. • Own and manage enterprise client relationships across an assigned portfolio • Deliver complex legal spend analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) and translate them into clear insights for senior stakeholders • Drive client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, and ongoing analytics support • Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and lead stewardship/QBR meetings where appropriate • Collaborate with the MBR team on client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues as needed • Identify client needs and objectives and work cross-functionally to develop solutions and resolve issues • Ensure client objectives are clearly documented, tracked, and actively monitored for progress • Oversee the timely approval of project deliverables, maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and timelines • Recommend improvements to customer lifecycle processes and internal workflows • Partner with product and engineering teams on prioritisation and testing inputs • Execute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track outcomes through resolution • Stay current on MBR products, services, and industry trends • Travel to client sites as needed
