Client Solutions – Legal Spend Management

Mitratech

• Own and manage enterprise client relationships across an assigned portfolio • Deliver complex legal spend analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc) and translate them into clear insights for senior stakeholders • Drive client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, and ongoing analytics support • Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and lead stewardship/QBR meetings where appropriate • Collaborate with the MBR team on client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues as needed • Identify client needs and objectives and work cross-functionally to develop solutions and resolve issues • Ensure client objectives are clearly documented, tracked, and actively monitored for progress • Oversee the timely approval of project deliverables, maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and timelines • Recommend improvements to customer lifecycle processes and internal workflows • Partner with product and engineering teams on prioritisation and testing inputs • Execute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track outcomes through resolution • Stay current on MBR products, services, and industry trends • Travel to client sites as needed

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required; macros preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across 20–30 enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for executive audiences
  • Experience working with client data, reporting, or analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI tools preferred)
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and business impact
