As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), this individual will play a critical role in driving growth by serving as the first point of contact with prospective customers within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of sales experience, strategic thinking, ambition, and a team-first mentality. They are results-oriented, confident, resilient in the face of rejection, and maintain a consistently positive attitude. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills and outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, at mid-sized to large enterprises. The SDR must also thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, quickly adopt and master sales tools, and demonstrate the ability to ramp quickly.
