We are looking for a driven, strategic Business Development / Clinical Outreach Representative to accelerate our growth across Illinois, primarily Chicago metro. This is not a maintenance role. This is territory growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. You will: - Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on high-value referral relationships - Identify, pursue, and convert new referral sources (hospitals, clinicians, case managers, providers, community organizations) - Build long-term partnerships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results - Research emerging markets and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors - Collaborate with Marketing to ensure strong brand presence and market positioning - Support Admissions with high-quality inbound referrals - Track pipeline activity and performance metrics in Salesforce - Evaluate and exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets You are the face of Sunshine Behavioral Health in your territory.
