• Lead the engineering strategy for AI solutions and platform (architecture, patterns, technical roadmaps and adoption guides). • Define and maintain standards and best practices for the development, testing and operation of AI applications (APIs, SDKs, templates, libraries and accelerators). • Monitor and drive the technical evolution of teams (architecture/code reviews, decisions and trade-offs). • Work on solving complex problems in distributed environments. • Serve as the technical reference in engineering applied to AI: model serving, integration with LLMs, RAG, data/feature pipelines, governance and security. • Track and evolve engineering and AI metrics, such as: SLO/SLI, latency, error rate, cost per request, response quality, hallucination, groundedness, test coverage and incident rate. • Collaborate in the design and development of platform tools and services with a focus on security, performance and observability (logs/metrics/traces, distributed tracing, end-to-end correlation). • Ensure operation and sustainment in production: monitoring and alerts, participation in war rooms, post-incident (RCA), continuous improvements and risk management. • Ensure scalability, resilience and consistency of AI solutions: rate limiting, fallback/degradation, caching, prompt/model versioning, data security and guardrails. • Continuously contribute ideas and proposals to enrich the roadmap (cost/latency reduction, quality improvement, evaluation automation, standardization of integrations).

• Scan.com's integration layer is mission-critical infrastructure. • Build and maintain integration connectors for modern and legacy EHR systems to retrieve physician referrals and relevant patient documentation. • Architect fault-tolerant message queuing and delivery infrastructure for inbound and outbound HL7 and API traffic. • Build and maintain REST API integrations with third-party referral sources, attorney platforms, and demand aggregators. • Own the observability layer for the integration infrastructure: structured logging, alerting on message processing latency/failures, and dashboards that surface issues before they reach the operations teams. • Within 90 days, you have a complete mental model of our integration workflows. • You have identified and remediated the most critical reliability gaps in our referral pipeline. • You have designed or materially evolved our data workflows.

• Implement the Red Hat Enterprise Linux portfolio, including RHEL, Satellite, IPA, Insights, and Red Hat Ligthspeed • Learn new technologies quickly, including system management, automation, and new operating system features • Travel frequently to work alongside our customers and geo delivery teams • Subject matter expert in the RHEL portfolio, from installation, configuration, and day-2 operations of platforms • Deploy and configure RHEL clusters (Pacemaker) to support highly available applications (e.g., SAP HANA) • Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, with a strong hands-on focus — addressing technical, development, and strategic IT requirements through hands-on implementation and direct engagement • Understand industry practices and Red Hat's policies, procedures, and values • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting the best methods to obtain a solution • Team up with our customers to rapidly build application prototypes using modern application development practices and open source emerging technologies • Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals • Contribute to project documentation and diagrams, including ticket or bug management • Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the existing team • Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market • Implement solutions using design principles, integration points, and automation methods • Handle tough problems innovatively • Lead the creation and validation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux solutions, from detailed delivery guides to task lists • Subject Matter expert on the Services Portfolio • Work alongside the Services Portfolio Manager to maintain existing solutions
