• Participates in the company-wide procurement process, which includes strategic sourcing, supplier and contract negotiation, project management, cost management, program compliance and supplier relationship management. • Responsible for the procurement of goods and services that include packaging, staffing, office supply products, travel services, industrial supplies, safety/uniforms, and capital expenditures. • Collaborate with and supports internal stakeholders for all procurement needs and ensure the demand from internal customers is satisfied • Provide purchasing new business RFQs; implementation/transition support for all new facility start up or relocations • Identify and drive cost reduction projects in managed commodities using a total cost of ownership (TCO) model • Create and continually monitors strategic supplier performance by identifying efforts to improve on time delivery, competitive quoting, assurance of supply, responsiveness, quality, corporate responsibility, etc. via scorecard, and regularly scheduled meetings • Develop cost models and industry analyses to determine what cost of services and/or goods should cost versus supplier quotation • Monitors contract compliance with all agreements in assigned categories. Analyze SAP & Vendor reports, interpret data & report out trends & idiosyncrasies • Tracks and understands category spend to make knowledge- based decisions using key data points • Identify and execute company-wide cost savings opportunities which involves managing competitive bids and negotiating with suppliers • Efforts include but are not limited to: Researching internal stakeholders and supplier operations • Engaging stakeholders to support the opportunity • Developing project management action plans • Creating and distributing a Request for Proposal or Quotation • Analyzing suppliers' value propositions and presents results • Negotiating terms and drafting contracts • Planning and assisting with implementation • Delivering progress and financial reports • Overseeing all data and intelligence derived from projects • Identifies and supports projects to streamline the Procurement process • Other project work as required
Senior IT Network Engineer

• Lead the network workstream within site deployments and infrastructure projects primarily in the US region, with international support where required. • Gather and translate business and operational requirements into practical network designs in collaboration with the Network Architect. • Produce high-level and low-level LAN designs, including wireless, MDF and IDF placement. • Develop implementation plans and coordinate infrastructure installation activities. • Deliver network deployments remotely and on site across implementation, go live, and post go live support phases. • Validate completed deployments against established design standards. • Produce accurate post-implementation documentation and complete structured support handovers. • Design and deploy LAN/WLAN solutions primarily using UniFi (Ubiquiti) and CATO technologies. • Collaborate with internal and external partners on warehouse and corporate wireless deployments. • Capture customer network access requirements and deliver project related firewall, VPN, and connectivity changes in line with security standards. • Partner with wider infrastructure team to ensure new deployments are aligned with global monitoring toolsets and standards. • Maintain and evolve standardized deployment templates. • Represent Network Services on project meetings. • Coordinate with internal teams and external delivery partners to support site and infrastructure deployments (telecom vendors, installation partners, managed service providers, etc.). • Manage the full lifecycle of telecoms circuits including selection, ordering and installation. • Ensure network deliverables align with overall project milestones.
