• Participates in the company-wide procurement process, which includes strategic sourcing, supplier and contract negotiation, project management, cost management, program compliance and supplier relationship management. • Responsible for the procurement of goods and services that include packaging, staffing, office supply products, travel services, industrial supplies, safety/uniforms, and capital expenditures. • Collaborate with and supports internal stakeholders for all procurement needs and ensure the demand from internal customers is satisfied • Provide purchasing new business RFQs; implementation/transition support for all new facility start up or relocations • Identify and drive cost reduction projects in managed commodities using a total cost of ownership (TCO) model • Create and continually monitors strategic supplier performance by identifying efforts to improve on time delivery, competitive quoting, assurance of supply, responsiveness, quality, corporate responsibility, etc. via scorecard, and regularly scheduled meetings • Develop cost models and industry analyses to determine what cost of services and/or goods should cost versus supplier quotation • Monitors contract compliance with all agreements in assigned categories. Analyze SAP & Vendor reports, interpret data & report out trends & idiosyncrasies • Tracks and understands category spend to make knowledge- based decisions using key data points • Identify and execute company-wide cost savings opportunities which involves managing competitive bids and negotiating with suppliers • Efforts include but are not limited to: Researching internal stakeholders and supplier operations • Engaging stakeholders to support the opportunity • Developing project management action plans • Creating and distributing a Request for Proposal or Quotation • Analyzing suppliers' value propositions and presents results • Negotiating terms and drafting contracts • Planning and assisting with implementation • Delivering progress and financial reports • Overseeing all data and intelligence derived from projects • Identifies and supports projects to streamline the Procurement process • Other project work as required

• Lead the network workstream within site deployments and infrastructure projects primarily in the US region, with international support where required. • Gather and translate business and operational requirements into practical network designs in collaboration with the Network Architect. • Produce high-level and low-level LAN designs, including wireless, MDF and IDF placement. • Develop implementation plans and coordinate infrastructure installation activities. • Deliver network deployments remotely and on site across implementation, go live, and post go live support phases. • Validate completed deployments against established design standards. • Produce accurate post-implementation documentation and complete structured support handovers. • Design and deploy LAN/WLAN solutions primarily using UniFi (Ubiquiti) and CATO technologies. • Collaborate with internal and external partners on warehouse and corporate wireless deployments. • Capture customer network access requirements and deliver project related firewall, VPN, and connectivity changes in line with security standards. • Partner with wider infrastructure team to ensure new deployments are aligned with global monitoring toolsets and standards. • Maintain and evolve standardized deployment templates. • Represent Network Services on project meetings. • Coordinate with internal teams and external delivery partners to support site and infrastructure deployments (telecom vendors, installation partners, managed service providers, etc.). • Manage the full lifecycle of telecoms circuits including selection, ordering and installation. • Ensure network deliverables align with overall project milestones.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for warehouse supplies, equipment, packaging, and indirect categories. • Identify cost reduction opportunities through supplier consolidation, negotiations, and total cost of ownership analysis. • Lead RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers. • Manage supplier relationships to ensure service, quality, pricing, and performance expectations are met. • Negotiate and administer contracts, including SLAs, pricing structures, renewal terms, and risk mitigation clauses. • Monitor supplier KPIs such as on-time delivery, capacity availability, cost performance, and compliance. • Partner with operations leaders to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of goods and services. • Support Solutions Engineering and Operations Excellence teams with new customer bid opportunities and new client start up activities. • Resolve supply disruptions and escalations impacting operations or customer commitments. • Work with site General Managers to ensure purchasing activities align with financial targets. • Track spend, analyze cost drivers, and report savings, cost avoidance, and variance analysis. • Work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure purchasing activities aligns with financial targets and goals as well as help with invoice dispute resolution. • Establish and improve procurement processes, policies, and controls. • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. • Leverage procurement systems and analytics tools to drive visibility and efficiency. • Mentor and guide buyers or procurement analysts, if applicable. • Serve as a procurement subject matter expert for cross functional initiatives. • Support ESG, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing initiatives as applicable.

• Primarily responsible for managing Environmental, Health and Safety for multiple facilities • Manages Environmental, Health and Safety across multiple facilities • Manages a Team of EHS Managers and Specialist across assigned Region • Coaches EHS Managers to become stronger People Managers with a focus on Annual TRP Goal setting, Neovia Voice result interpretation and planned actions • Proactively collaborates on Health and Safety projects, across all various Operations sites • Reviews and audits the EHS management system, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement • Provides guidance on EHS matters to site employees • Reduces EHS risks, e.g. recommending suitable adaptations to machinery, processes, work areas, and conducting facility wide Risk Assessments • Ensures robust site reporting regimes are in place for EHS statistics • Provides management with information and statistics relating to EHS • Investigates accidents and injuries in line with statutory requirements • Ensures all incident records are of a standard to effectively respond to company liability insurance claims • Investigates and provides and interprets information required by insurance brokers relating to claims • Provides training for new hires and current employees as required • Maintains company EHS and MHE related training records • Acts as liaison, communicates, reports and accompanies onsite governing body inspections • Manages and leads onsite EHS employee meetings, provides minutes and drives action plans to ensure timely closure of issues • Communicates current EHS related legislation and amendments and recommends appropriate actions to site management • Develops, implements and maintains an effective audit program for EHS

• Provide support for global enterprise voice and data networks. • Work with IT technology leaders, business partners and service providers to determine, deploy and enforce standards. • Implement hardware and software life cycle management, supporting roadmaps, asset deployment, inventory control and asset disposal adhering to corporate asset management policy and procedures. • Deliver technology leadership for hardware and software related to provisioning, allocation and support of servers, storage and networks in a virtual desktop and application publishing environment. • Provide technical support addressing operations, security, stability, and continuous improvements for network services: Security Voice Data Video Business to Business (B2B) Electronic File Transfer Resilience, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Application Publishing Infrastructure. • Perform responsibilities and adhere to established protocol relative to: Capacity planning and management Vendor and contract management Forecasting and planning Invoice review and analysis Financial analysis and budgeting (zero based budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, capital, expenses, etc.) Service Level Agreement (SLA) oversight (publish, remediate gaps, etc.). • Participate in quality process pertaining to network services such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and tangible outputs. • Rely on industry standards, best practices, and qualitative & quantitative data to support and/or refine operations methodologies. • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, including overnight and international travel.

• Actively litigate California wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims • Manage outside counsel and legal spend for all labor & employment matters, including counseling and litigation • Provide day-to-day strategic advice and counsel to all business units on a broad range of labor and employment topics globally including recruiting, hiring, employee relations, discipline and termination, internal investigations, reductions-in-force, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, wage and hour compliance, employee benefits, compensation, union issues, and restrictive covenants • Lead all employment litigation and pre-litigation disputes, including case strategy, discovery support, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and risk reporting • Coordinate and manage outside counsel on employment-related matters to ensure high-quality, cost-effective representation, consistent positions, and timely communication • Advise and support HR on workforce reductions, reorganizations, and related communications, including risk assessment and compliance with applicable notice and severance requirements • Review, revise, and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, templates, and forms to align with evolving legal requirements and business needs • Develop, maintain, and enhance the employee conduct and employment compliance program, including policies and procedures designed to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper employee conduct • Design and deliver training for a diverse global workforce on employment compliance, workplace conduct, and related topics • Respond to hotline reports and alleged policy violations; drive consistent triage, investigation, documentation, and remediation in partnership with key stakeholders • Identify potential employment compliance vulnerabilities and risks; recommend and implement improvements, including audits and process enhancements

• Responsible for leading and maturing the company’s global information security polices, governance framework across warehouse and corporate environments. • Ensures that Neovia maintains a structured, risk-based, and scalable security posture aligned with business objectives, customer expectations, regulatory obligations and the ever-evolving threat landscape. • Maintains awareness of new threats and creates vehicles for quickly addressing day zero risks. • Supports global locations, ensuring that information security policies, standards and control objectives are consistently defined, governed and aligned with operational reality. • Drives the development and maintenance of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), supports certificate initiatives (ISO 27001 etc), oversees enterprise security risk management, and ensures structured audit readiness across regions by partnering with Neovia’s internal GRC and legal teams. • Responsible for the security strategy, working with Engineering and leadership to recommend software and solutions to solve complex problems and make Neovia safer. • Helps evaluate security capabilities, identify maturity gaps, and provide structured recommendations to IT and executive leadership to ensure ongoing improvement of Neovia’s security posture. • Owns end-user testing and education.
