• Own the end-to-end creative production flow for performance marketing tests. • Develop video and static creatives for web2web funnels focused on conversion, ROI, and scale. • Turn insights, references, and hypotheses into strong concepts, angles, and test-ready briefs. • Build and improve a structured creative testing system that supports fast iteration and clear learning. • Review, improve, and approve creatives and UGC materials before launch. • Adapt creatives for different channels, audiences, funnel stages, and testing scenarios. • Evaluate performance with the UA Manager and make data-based keep / iterate / kill decisions. • Research competitors, trends, and market patterns to find promising new angles and funnel directions. • Contribute to identifying and validating creative-led new business opportunities through fast concept development and testing.
Job Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in performance-oriented creative work, ideally in web2web, funnels, or other direct-response products
- Understand direct-response creative mechanics: hooks, angles, formats, testing, iteration, and scaling
- Can build and manage an efficient creative production flow from idea to launch
- Are confident in writing or shaping performance-oriented concepts, copy, and briefs
- Know how to evaluate creative performance and make data-based keep / iterate / kill decisions
- Can quickly gather, structure, and present references, insights, and ideas
- Work in a structured, proactive, and ownership-driven way
- Are comfortable in a fast-moving environment with постоянне testing and changing priorities
- Can identify promising new angles and help turn them into testable concepts
- Use AI tools practically to speed up research, concepting, and production workflows
- Have Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Work with the producer and editors on segments to determine archival needs to help with the story narrative - Archival research, media tracking, organizing project assets - Assist in building & maintaining the internal archival databases - Locate relevant archival materials from multitude of sources and log them - Lead on building shot sheets using video EDLs from each cut and coordinating with AEs for any EDL technical issues - Manage the overall workflow and archival usage in edits from rough cut to final lock cut for the team’s review - Track any footage that was swapped or needs to be replaced - Building archival cost estimate with each cut - Create and manage shot sheets and other deliverables - Obtain and track masters for all archival in locked episodes - Communicate project status and share final deliverables with Rights and Clearances Analysts.
