You’ll take a consultative approach to selling, focusing on long-term impact and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage relationships with K-12 school districts and education leaders - Drive new business development and expand existing accounts - Navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes and close multi-year agreements - Lead presentations, demos, and strategic conversations with decision-makers - Develop and execute territory and account growth plans - Partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation - Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity in CRM - Represent the organization at conferences, events, and regional engagements - Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets What You Bring We’re looking for someone who understands the K-12 landscape and knows how to sell solutions that truly make a difference. Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.
