• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and lead generation campaigns. • Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving leads from initial contact to closed deals. • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients. • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market gaps. • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports on progress and performance. • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CEOs, managers).
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive (startup experience is a plus) selling enterprise SaaS to the Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry.
- "Hunter" mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Self-motivated and driven to hit ambitious sales targets.

Available Locations: This is a Remote Role for candidates based in Toronto, Ontario About the Department The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community. Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations - all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences. What you'll do You'll drive new business by identifying and qualifying target commercial accounts in Ontario for Cloudflare's Enterprise service plan. This is a great opportunity for a Sales Professional to help build the business in Central Canada. You will have both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive customer engagement from technical professionals through to senior executive levels, and across Security, Network, Development and Infrastructure teams.
