Role Description En tant qu’agent(e) de recouvrement bilingue, vous serez responsable de communiquer avec les clients au sujet des soldes impayés et de travailler à des solutions de paiement rapides, en anglais et en français. Les principales responsabilités comprennent : - Contacter les clients en retard de paiement par téléphone, courriel ou communication écrite afin de discuter des soldes impayés et de négocier des ententes de paiement. - Établir des relations professionnelles avec les clients tout en les informant sur les solutions de paiement et les meilleures pratiques. - Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et de service à la clientèle lors de toutes les interactions. - Mettre à jour avec précision les comptes clients et documenter les activités d’appel ainsi que les ententes de paiement. - Gérer les objections et les conversations difficiles tout en respectant les normes réglementaires et les politiques de l’entreprise. - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes de compte et soutenir les processus de recouvrement. - Atteindre les objectifs individuels de recouvrement et contribuer à la performance globale du service et aux objectifs de l’entreprise. - Communiquer de façon claire et efficace avec les clients en anglais et en français. Qualifications - 1 an ou plus d’expérience en recouvrement pour un tiers partie. - 2 ans ou plus d’expérience en centre d’appels. - Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français. - Solides compétences de base en mathématiques et grand souci du détail. - Capacité à réussir une vérification des antécédents. - Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps. - Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et Outlook. - Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide axé sur les objectifs. - L'anglais est un atout.
