Quality Analyst – Mid-Level
CI&T
• Contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on AI testing and optimization of quality assurance processes. • Ensure the quality and integrity of both automated and manual test cases. • Define and validate test scenarios, assess and manage risks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Plan and execute functional, security, contract, and exploratory testing. • Write comprehensive test plans, analyzing technical and business requirements using a Shift-Left approach. • Document test scenarios clearly and maintain traceability. • Implement test automation for APIs and front-end applications. • Work with Agile teams to continuously improve QA practices. • Perform root cause analysis to identify gaps and drive improvements.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint tracking.
- Basic automation skills in Python or Playwright.
- Familiarity with BDD methodologies and Gherkin syntax.
- Experience testing in AI contexts, including security considerations and prompt engineering.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

Role Description This is a remote position. As an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow), the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC and serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of business analytics reporting and data visualisation techniques, particularly in transforming business data into meaningful insights and professional reports. They should be able to support students in identifying business needs, analysing data, developing recommendations, and communicating findings effectively through strategic use of data visualisation and reporting tools.
