Role Description The Junior Compensation Analyst supports global compensation processes, ensuring the timely completion of tasks by global stakeholders. The role involves participating in COE Reward recurring tasks such as data submission to external vendors and data preparation for internal analytics. The Junior Compensation Analyst provides continuous support to COE Rewards stakeholders and ensures that the compensation framework information stored in our HRIS system remains current. Key Responsibilities - Participate in delivering global compensation processes, including the annual salary review, job architecture, and salary range development. - Support compensation surveys through data preparation and submission to vendors. - Prepare data required for the creation of tools, dashboards, reports, and salary ranges. - Provide data to support the development of management insights. - Offer ongoing support to HR partners on core compensation processes. - Assist COE Reward stakeholders with compensation-related requests. - Maintain the HRIS compensation framework to ensure job codes, levels, and other elements are accurately set up. Qualifications - Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical skills. - Competent in working with HRIS systems, in the compensation area. - Strong understanding of organizational data and the ability to generate value-added insights. - Strong ethics and ability to work with highly confidential data. - Experience participating in compensation processes, such as the annual review. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for global communication. - Degree qualified. - Strong experience in an analytics-related role, preferably in Human Resources. Resolution Analyst – Denials

• Acts as the liaison between key client contacts and our denials and underpayment appeal process to the appropriate payer. • Responsible for facilitating payment review recovery efforts for denied and underpaid accounts for assigned clients, thereby increasing the departments revenue. • Responsible for handling patient health information (PHI) and maintaining extreme privacy and security.
