BPL Account Manager

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC

• Ensure efficient loan processing and funding by leveraging various systems and tracking tools. • Serve as the primary borrower liaison, building lasting client relationships. • Coordinate with Operations, Closing, and Underwriting teams across Valere. • Verify loan file compliance, gather required documentation, and review funding packages for accuracy. • Monitor credit utilization and manage multiple loans simultaneously. • Provide superior customer service to consistently exceed client expectations. • Review and update policies procedures as needed. • Assist in training of new team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, preferred.
  • 5 + years of relevant experience in the financial services and/or real estate industry.
  • Experience leading transaction teams and managing customer interactions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
  • Advanced knowledge of the loan closing process.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Skilled in collaboration to support effective cross-functional coordination.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
