ABOUT THE ROLE This engagement focuses on converting the BugTrack issue‑management Excel extract into a comprehensive, interactive Power BI dashboard for leadership visibility and operational decision‑making. The consultant will collaborate with the business, HIT, IT, and operational teams to define reporting requirements and translate them into a scalable data model and intuitive visualizations. Metrics will include (but are not limited to) total tickets opened/closed, aging of open tickets, ticket type and category distribution, priority trends, facility‑level insights, EPMO‑related tickets, and a dedicated AVATAR ticket dashboard (opened, closed, maintenance). The consultant will build automated refresh processes, apply data‑quality checks, and deliver a polished dashboard ready for leadership review. The resource may also be engaged in other Power BI work as it arises.
