Key Responsibilities - Serve as a program management leader, establishing frameworks and governance to ensure disciplined execution of product communications and regulatory filings for insurance offerings - Build and sustain ongoing partnerships with cross-functional teams to document, redesign, and optimize business processes, emphasizing automation, operational efficiency, and scalability - Lead long-term transformation initiatives to continuously improve the operating model of the Product Solutions team, fostering a culture of process excellence and innovation - Identify and evaluate new technology solutions and capabilities that support strategic business objectives and enhance product delivery - Provide strategic oversight and direction for the transformation work intended to improve the creation and delivery of major annual communications and regulatory documentation for insurance products - Oversee implementation and compliance with corrective action plans, ensuring alignment with federal and state regulatory requirements - Advise functional teams on product and capability delivery, influencing executive stakeholders on trade-offs impacting risk, compliance, and performance - Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office to monitor progress and status of high-priority product initiatives, identifying opportunities for sustained improvement - Prepare and deliver executive-level communications and presentations to report on program progress, transformation outcomes, and strategic opportunities Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials - At least 3 years of full-time work experience in consulting, corporate/business unit strategy, or program/project management - Minimum of 2 years of large-scale project or process improvement work - Managed care and/or healthcare services work experience - Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with business leaders - Highly collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented working style - Strong commitment to personal and professional growth Preferred Qualifications - MBA and/or PMP - At least 2 years of experience with payer organizations - At least 2 years of experience in a Medicare market Additional Information - Flexibility with work location; options include: - Humana’s New York office in Midtown Manhattan - Humana’s headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky - Humana's Washington, DC office - Remote, with majority of work conducted on Eastern time Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,700 - $174,200 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles) 1) Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA) - Lead - Live WL’s Core Values and inspire others with your example.
