The Senior Associate, Recovery Services plays a central role in the administration of client work, which focuses on data analysis and resolution of matters relating to Demand Letters or Complaints asserting preferential transfer causes of actions pursued under Sections 547 of the US Bankruptcy Code. The Senior Associate will manage a case load personally, while also ensuring group responsibilities are completed effectively. The Senior Associate will interact with clients and assist and support partner counsel in connection with settlement negotiations relating to each matter.
