Descriptionmonday.com is building the AI work platform that not only helps manage and orchestrate work, but also does the work for you. Over 250,000 customers across departments worldwide use monday.com to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform, where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. From work management and CRM to service and dev, every product in our ecosystem runs on the same AI layer, automating tasks, running workflows, and helping teams deliver exponentially more with less effort. We move fast with big impact, fueled by a vibrant, ownership-driven culture where you’re empowered to shape how organizations achieve more and outpace their competition. Our product teams build features and architect roadmaps with a level of ownership rarely seen at our scale. You have the autonomy to navigate complex problems, moving from ideation to production at speed. Your challenge is building agentic technology and creating a bridge between AI and everyday workflows. You’ll shape the way the world works by delivering instant, autonomous impact to millions. About The RoleYou'll own the product for DevEx — setting direction, driving adoption, and iterating relentlessly based on what internal users actually need. This is not a strategy-deck role. You'll talk to developers daily, measure everything, find where things break, and fix them. You'll work closely with engineering leadership (Director, VP-level) and drive cross-org initiatives that touch teams well beyond Core Engineering. The AI landscape shifts fast — we need someone who moves faster. Key Responsibilities: - Own product vision and roadmap for developer tools and AI agent infrastructure - Drive adoption across the org: user research, metrics, breakpoint analysis, continuous iteration - Lead cross-organizational initiatives with engineering directors and VPs - Define and ship AI-powered developer workflows — agents, pipelines, integrations with tools like Claude and Cursor - Set quality bars for developer tools and measure impact rigorously Requirements - 7+ years in product management, with a Lead-level track record - Engineering or technical background — you've written code, led a dev team, or come from a deeply technical role. You - Understand repos, Git, CI/CD pipelines natively - Real AI experience — you've worked with AI agents, LLM pipelines, or AI-powered products in practice, not just on slides - Adoption-obsessed — you default to talking to users, measuring outcomes, and iterating. You care more about whether people - actually use it than whether the strategy doc is polished - Ability to operate independently and lead cross-org initiatives with senior stakeholders - Experience in large-scale tech organizations (enterprise, cyber, or equivalent complexity) is a strong plus - B2B SaaS or platform product background preferred Why this role This is arguably the best seat in the house right now. monday.com has made a strategic bet that everyone builds with AI — and DevEx is the team making that happen. You'll be at the frontier of AI tooling, working with the most advanced models and frameworks, and shaping how 1,000+ engineers work every day.
