About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Practitioner to support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service delivery and operations. Note: This position is contingent upon successful completion of a background clearance. What you'll get to do - Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules. - Implement and enhance ITIL-based workflows. - Develop automation and integrations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and APIs. - Support ITOM initiatives such as Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and Service Mapping. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements. - Ensure platform stability and security. - Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform and integrations. - Provide documentation and training. Skills and experience we value - 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (ITOM/ITSM). - Strong understanding of ITIL best practices. - Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping. - Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs). - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server. - Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
