• The ServiceNow Technical Consultant is responsible for the technical administration, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of the global ServiceNow platform at SGB-SMIT. • The role focuses on ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient platform operation, supporting technical implementations, maintaining integrations, and enabling standardized ServiceNow solutions in line with internal governance and platform standards. • Administer and maintain the global ServiceNow platform on a day-to-day basis. • Manage: users, groups, and roles access controls and permissions catalog items, forms, templates, and notifications. • Monitor platform health, performance, and scheduled jobs. • Support instance housekeeping and system maintenance activities. • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external partners. • Ensure platform configurations remain stable, compliant, and upgrade-safe. • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, primarily: -ITSM -SPM -IRM -Additional modules depending on roadmap and business demand. • Implement and support: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies / UI Actions, Data Policies, Flow Designer automations. • Create and maintain forms, views, tables, and workflows. • Assist in testing and deployment of new technical solutions.

• Lead the introduction and positioning of Salesforce as the core enterprise platform for CRM and business process automation. • Champion Salesforce adoption across the organization, ensuring stakeholders understand its capabilities and value. • Define clear onboarding processes, standards, and frameworks for new teams and functions leveraging Salesforce. • Establish and document end-to-end business processes supported by Salesforce, ensuring consistency and scalability. • Design governance models, system architecture, and integration strategies that align with enterprise standards. • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to maximize efficiency, compliance, and user experience. • Define and implement delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) tailored for Salesforce projects. • Ensure efficient release management, testing, and deployment practices to deliver high-quality solutions at speed. • Monitor platform performance and delivery outcomes, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Oversee Salesforce license allocation, ensuring optimal usage and cost-effectiveness across business units. • Regularly review license consumption, identify underutilized licenses, and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI. • Manage development budgets, track project costs, and ensure financial transparency in platform initiatives. • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to negotiate vendor contracts and optimize licensing agreements. • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that balance configuration and customization. • Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. • Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and innovations, proactively introducing new features to enhance delivery efficiency. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define priorities, manage expectations, and deliver value-driven outcomes. • Act as the trusted advisor for Salesforce strategy, process optimization, and delivery excellence.

• Platform Administration & Maintenance Ensure stability, security, and performance of our ServiceNow platform • Lead upgrades, patches, and configurations • Manage user access, roles and permissions • Proactive troubleshooting and monitoring – keep the lights on! • Implementation & Configuration Develop workflows, forms, and automation to optimize processes • Implement new features and integrations with other systems • Configure and customizing processes to meet business requirements • Process Consulting Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and design solutions • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery • Lead workshops on best practices for ServiceNow solutions • Service Provider Management Lead transitions from development to operations • Manage supplier performance, SLAs, and operational budget

• Design and operate persona-specific digital workplace services (e.g., knowledge worker, production user, mobile user) • Architect and support Microsoft 365 collaboration and automation services (Teams, Sharepoint Online, Copilot, Power Automate) • Integrate Google services like Gemini and Google Agent Space and related collaboration environments • End-to-end responsibility for the services you manage, including service stability, availability, and support structures • Ensure 2nd/3rd level support processes are in place and work closely with service providers and internal support teams • Monitor service performance and user satisfaction, and continuously improve service quality • Define and track service costs and chargeback models in alignment with Corporate IT controlling • Provide financial transparency and input for budgeting and cost optimization initiatives • Collaborate with procurement and finance on pricing models for outsourced services • Oversee outsourced services • Manage supplier performance, contracts, SLAs, and commercial aspects in collaboration with vendor management • Work closely with security, infrastructure, compliance, and application teams to ensure integrated and compliant collaboration services • Support global IT programs
