• Review Correspondence request to send invoices, transfer, make adjustments, research and make claim and/or invoice updates in billing system • Composing email communications to Internal and External customers in a clear and professional manner, providing updates and additional information needed for follow up • Adaptability: feel comfortable with a changing environment such as changing duties, priorities and SOPs • Run status checks on large spreadsheet invoice/claim correction files to verify that all updates are completed; noting missing information that needs to be shared back with the customer to complete request • Follow Approved SOP’s to update and provide necessary information to resolve correspondence request

• Partner with Global Head of Client Engagement to define vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan for RWD business. • Lead customer growth from ideation to full commercialization. • Identify and implement strategies to commercialize proprietary data while adhering to data privacy standards. • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships in the healthcare ecosystem. • Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare data landscape.

• Review and negotiate complex commercial leases, including retail, medical, office, warehouse • Advise on lease amendments, renewals, expansions, terminations, assignments, subleases, and handle landlord‑tenant disputes • Lead legal support for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects • Conduct and advise on due diligence matters • Advise business leaders on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental health and workplace safety laws and regulations • Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams on real estate strategy, risk, and deal structuring

• Support pricing strategies for clinical trial, laboratory, and healthcare service offerings. • Develop pricing analyses, financial models, rate cards, and discount frameworks for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and bid defenses. • Evaluate deal scenarios to balance competitiveness, revenue growth, and profitability. • Perform financial modeling, margin analysis, discount reviews, and profitability assessments. • Analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends, risks, and business opportunities. • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Proposal Management, Operations, and Sales teams on pricing initiatives. • Support pricing workflows, MSA reviews, governance requirements, and process improvements. • Develop reports, dashboards, and key pricing metrics including margins, win rates, and discount trends. • Assist with client-facing pricing materials, analyses, and proposal support.

• Educates, instructs and upsells all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory • Acts as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs • Provides ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base • Ensures customer retention by providing superior customer service • Recommends solutions that are client focused and persuasive • Provides account management for client’s day to day operations • Upsells current book of business to increase organic growth • Works closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business • Continuously provides educational material to the client base • Resolves any customer related issues in a timely manner • Meets and exceeds monthly retention and upsell revenue quota

• Process and post electronic remittance from all assigned payers within the expected Turnaround Time • Meet weekly and monthly production goals after training • Research payer websites to obtain posting backup • Identify issues and trends with assigned payers • Ensure aged account receivables are handled according to Standard Operating Procedure • Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of remittance

• Collaborate with members of the Oncology Data Curation team and cross-functional partners to design data structures in JSON and relational formats that reflect the complexity of oncology testing data • Interpret oncology diagnostic test results to accurately map them into enterprise data models • Develop mappings between clinical test results and enterprise data warehouse structures to enable large-scale data integration • Apply and maintain clinical data standards including ICD-O-3, FHIR, mCODE, LOINC, ICD-10, UMLS, SNOMED, and related standards as appropriate • Standardize disease and biomarker data using controlled biomedical vocabularies and classifications • Expand and maintain biomedical ontologies to support evolving oncology knowledge • Apply natural language processing techniques to extract structured information from clinical test results • Curate, analyze, harmonize, and manage large oncology data sets while ensuring high data quality standards • Partner with engineering teams and participate in the full development lifecycle, from research and prototyping through production deployment • Support data quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across oncology data platforms.

• Perform analysis of chromosomes, which includes imaging and karyotyping of cytogenetic specimens. Focus is primarily on constitutional blood cases, with a possibility of prenatal cases • Analyze chromosomes for count, structural abnormality, and morphology from computer acquired image of a metaphase according to appropriate SOP • Prepare preliminary report for interpretation by arranging (karyotyping) the different pairs of chromosomes identifying their proper numerical sequence • Enter analysis information into appropriate computer systems for director interpretation • Check karyotypes according to departmental and group procedures and protocols prior to director review • Ensure chromosomes are placed and oriented properly • Verify patient demographic information. • Verify that karyotype matches written diagnosis. • Ensure karyotypes are appropriate for director review based on test ordered and result • Remote transfer of electronic images to and from satellite reading labs for analysis. • Perform routine maintenance on laboratory and computer equipment in designated area • Participate in proficiency testing as required, maintains records that demonstrate that proficiency samples are tested in the same manner as patient samples • Attend all required meetings and represents laboratory in a professional manner • Participate in required continuing education activities. • Comply with company policies and procedures • Perform other duties as required to meet the needs of the department and company
