Get ready to - Take ownership and lead all CRO-related activities, improving processes and infrastructure - Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies focused on boosting performance across all digital channels - Continuously benchmark A/B testing results and implement iterative improvements - Conduct deep user behavior analysis using data, heatmaps, session recordings, and other research tools - Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance user journeys and optimize conversion paths - Manage a structured A/B testing roadmap, aligning with company-wide strategies and growth priorities - Create and optimize funnels and landing pages to maximize user acquisition and retention - Ensure seamless collaboration within cross-functional teams and maintain productive partnerships with stakeholders - Use tools like Google Analytics, VWO, Hotjar, and others to dig into performance insights and uncover high-impact opportunities We expect you to - Have 2+ years of CRO experience, preferably in fast-paced, product-led environments - Be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Have a proven track record of managing CRO initiatives and teams successfully - Be highly analytical and comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely, etc. - Have a solid understanding of key business metrics: Revenue, LTV, CR, ROAS - Be goal-oriented and results-driven, able to prioritize high-impact tasks and juggle multiple projects - Embrace a data-first mindset, using research and hypotheses to guide decision-making - Be fluent in English, both written and verbal Salary Gross salary range is 3900 - 5500 EUR/month Location This position is remote, with the opportunity to work from our office in Barcelona, Spain. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base pay for this position spans $21.73 - $26.45 per hour and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region.
